Villa was up to the usual high standard, with daily servicing. They might be a little out of Livadia (only 4 minute drive), but the inclusive car gives you the freedom to explore...and the peace and tranquility whenever you want it. Loads of help from the Tilos Travel Office as usual....

First time in Tilos and we have been overwhelmed by the quality of our villa. Very quiet ...but a good walk along promenade gets you to all amenities. Cleaned and serviced every day, an incredible view and the most helpful owner, Stelios; also Eddie in the office who is always ready to provide help and info . From the minute we booked, we’ve been impressed. So refreshing!!

What a remarkable place. After a number of holidays on Tilos we finally decided to book our holiday at Stefanakis Villas to celebrate our 40th Wedding Anniversary. What a great decision this was! We were not disappointed in any aspect - the position, views, accommodation and service - all were superb. There are so many items included, some of which were - full size oven + Bosch halogen 4 burner hob + coffee maker + electric juicer + electric bug-zapper + PC + wifi + library of books + 2 televisions + day beds (great for siestas) + bath with shower over, vanity unit + hair dryer + daily cleaning + clean linen very two days + private patio (wooden table, 4 chairs and large umbrella) + amazing amount of storage and mirrors. All this and a free car too, which we used to either drive full or halfway into Levadia, to Magalo Chorio and Ag Adonis. Ideally placed for walking south into the hills. A small villa ideal for couples or families with very small kids. In the most quite side of livadia beach with great view and a lot of caring from the owner and the cleaning lady. The available car is an extra benefit that is really needed to visit all places on the island. Take protection for Mosquitos with you and enjoy your quite holidays in this charming island.

Perfect location almost in the town but you are enough away from prying eyes. Also we had free car for all days we stayed.Ideal way to explore the island and its beaches! Maybe it was a bit late for summer but the place have unique beauty. Mr Stefanakis was excellent host. For first time we had real holidays!!!
