Stopped here for one night while exploring Lithgow. Staff at check in were friendly enough, and the room is exactly what you'd expect for the price. It's a bit dated, however it's comfy, it's clean, and most importantly the air conditioning works. I left the hotel at 1am to do some night photography, came back around 3am, felt completely safe...

We stayed at the Colonial Motor Inn for the night when on a road trip. As we were getting in late after a long day of driving we were happy that the Motor Inn's office hours were until 9.00pm. Although at 1.00pm when on the road we received a call informing us that the staff were leaving and would leave...

Thank you for your feedback. You were contacted to clarify your booking check-in time as it had indicated a late arrival. I was advised the expected arrival was between 10:00 to 10:30pm that evening. You were advised of room allocation, key and where your room was located and how to find your room and that all parking was around the...

We were out 4wd'ing in Sunny Corner state forest when one of our vehicles began to have some serious mechanical issues late into the day. We managed to get the 4wd back to the road and made the booking from the side of the Great Western Highway as we awaited the tilt tray in some less than desirable weather. I...

If you are after a half decent service this is not the place for you. We asked for our coffee and milk to be replaced from the previous day and the response was: "sorry my staff don't start until 9am"!!

I personally spoke with this guest several times during their stay. This guest was constantly on the phone wanting extra services of which his requests were attended to. Unfortunately I was unable to assist this guest very early in the morning prior to staff commencing duties at 7am. The comments made by this guest do not reflect what transpired.

Great happy and ever helpful staff, intact unbelievably great. Eat here, it's well worth it, huge meal, fresh and cheap. If your staying in winter, call ahead and get the heater switched on, Lithgow is COLD!!!!!! Stay here, it's amazing for the price.

This was a last minute booking, so we took a chance and ended up here and I was very pleasantly surprised. It's your basic motel, clean, spacious, quiet, even though it was along the highway.. If you need a place to sleep for the night, this place will do nicely.

The rooms here were all over the shop, from rundown to relatively comfortable. Cleaning staff was excellent, friendly, wanting for you to be comfortable. The owner is onsite and is NOT a personable person. Overall this place is just a truck stop kind of Hotel. it is out of town a fair ways, and if your in need of a...

We were welcomed by lovely staff who were super helpful. We ate at the restaurant on the first night and were blown away by the food. All the visitors were commenting on how good it was. Much , much better than what I had the next night at the Workies. Evidently under new management they are in the process of...

The young guy that is now running it made us feel very welcome - the decor is pretty dated - but the food in the restaurant was very good & well priced. We will be back next year & expect to see some big changes :-)

Just the one night on way to coast for Xmas. Chosen because they said pets welcome on request. So we requested and initially told no but finally agreed. It's OK but nothing special. Initially staff at reception a little frosty but service got better. We were the only people wanting to eat in the Bistro and friendly young lady waited...
