Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely hotel, owners friendly. Room large as upgraded to room at front of building. Good breakfast. Very close to the bullring and famous bridge. Shops and restaurants close to hotel. 10 minute walk to station.

This hotel is old but charming. I read all the comments here about the noise but we stayed one night off season so we were rather alone and it was quiet. They even had a spiral heating device which was much needed and appreciated. The room had a window inlet lounge wooden area with pillows to read and watch the view. Perfect location. Basic breakfast on incredible sticky chairs and tables - the formaica material is cleaned with heavy duty cleaners that make the paint shed and when you lay your elbows or a napkin you stick to the table. That's my only negative comment :) They have parking arrangements with a nearby lot but we parked 1km away free on the street. Would definitely recommend this hotel

Don't get me wrong. The hotel has perfect location, it was built as the luxury retreat in the historic part of Ronda and for you to enjoy perfect sceneries in Ronda that's world famous for the bridge view - its a great place. However. A lot has changed since the first visitor came to the hotel. Sound isolation is not good, doors have that same security that your garden shed. And at 8am someone's ventilation system starts on Sunday morning so you can be sure that you won't miss early beauty of Ronda.. If your goal is to find a layover spot, you can consider Acinipo, however if you look for a comfortable place to stay and enjoy your time, do look elsewhere.

We get a room on second floor near by terrace. This was most noisy room which i have been in couple years. First there was terrace noise and after that we got a chance listen noises from kitchen/bar downstair. When we arrive i ask quit room... so no my place. Location is great. Breakfast was ok. Parking place is couple hundred meters away.

We spent two nights at Hotel Acinipo in the Junior Suite (great value for money in our opinion). The hotel is located in front of a garden area that overlooks the valley below Ronda. It's a nice area to walk around in, and is a stones throw away from the bridge and right beside the bull fighting ring. So great location. Our only comment on the location would be that there are some bars at the ground floor of the hotel, and some loud patrons can be heard at night. The room was very spacious, clean and the a/c made for a nice retreat from the heat at night. The value for money was also great, since we felt it was more than affordable for what we got (space, cleanliness and comfort). We would definitely stay at this hotel again and recommend it to anyone passing by Ronda.

Ronda is a beautiful town and we desided to stay at Acinipo this time. It is a lovely hotel and the staff are very nice. The room was very clean and the bed was good. Quiet and very nice stay. Breakfast was good and they gave me a glutenfree alternative. We are very happy with this stay.

Stayed one night while visiting family on the Costa del Sol. Hotel was ideally located, staff absolutely spot on, couldn't be more helpful. Breakfast was great value, room comfortable and well equipped. Wouldn't hesitate to return.

The hotel was close to the main sights. We booked the junior suite which was the last room available. The room was large, very clean but a little worn out. Beds were comfortable but if you are on the lower level rooms, the large windows - whilst great for the morning for the light - are slightly exposing to the people passing by the hotel. The hotel is in need of some updating but it was a nice overnight stop and it was very good value for money. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly with suggestions for places to eat and drink which were spot on!

Hotel situated next to the bull ring but the parking is a block before this. You can unload luggage outside the hotel and drive back to the car park but we chose to park first then walk. Car parks name is La Merced. Hotel fantastic position, really big room with feature head board lovely. Big bathroom with shower over bath, bar fridge, comfy big beds. Breakfast is thrown in, very adequate, but asking for tea proved too difficult. Door handle and towel rails needed a little general maintenance, but the air conditioner was hardly functioning, so I cleaned the filters, and we now have a functioning air condition, apart from this it was reasonable clean. I would certainly use this as a base for sight seeing and exploring the area any time.

We spent 2 night here over Christmas, the hotel is small and very clean, we got a big corner room with window over the bull arena. The hotel is within walking distance from all attractions, including the famous bridge and the city center. A special mention goes to the staff: the guy at the reception gave us a map of the place and showed us what was worth visiting, helped us with the parking and was always extremely kind. They serve breakfast in the bar adjacent to the hotel, with a buffet that includes cheese and real serrano ham! Of all the hotels we visited during our trip in costa del sol this was the hotel with the best food, in terms of quality, taste and availability (the staff kept on refilling the trays, al lthe time) - and the best coffee. Definitely worth it.
