The team made us feel welcome and the hotel had a homely feel, even though they were almost fully booked, it never felt busy. Our room was beautiful and the bed was comfy, with a gorgeous sea view from the balcony. It was well designed so it has enough storage space. We had access to the Haute living lounge – great for drinks and light snacks. The beach is outstanding. Plenty of loungers by the beach or the pool. We had a wonderful time at Domes and I really hope I can come back someday! My daughter loved the kids' club and the ladies working there were fantastic.

Really enjoyed our stay at Domes and highly recommend it. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted with a nice drink and a tour of the hotel, bags taken from us to the room. First of all the pool was beautiful and clean. Plenty of sun loungers, umbrellas, clean towels, a bar and fantastic view of the sea. All kinds of food options for everyone, young and old, even vegan and vegetarian, the breakfast and dinner buffets were excellent with huge array of options for all tastes. We were a family of four, two adults, two kids, 8 and 11. Suite was lovely and clean, plenty of space for us, our cases and lots of comfort. View was brilliant from the balcony even when a storm rolled in! An early morning swim on an empty beach was heaven, the gym was well equipped and we enjoyed very relaxing massages. Our kids enjoyed a free ice cream of their choice every day, a highlight for them! Drinks in the evening overlooking the sea included a glorious sunset. Book it!

The hotel was "fine" but nothing more - it doesn't really deliver on the marketing hype, and for the price we paid it was a disappointment. We have had much better holidays for the same price elsewhere. I booked Domes of Corfu off the back of hearing good reports about the Domes of Elounda in Crete - but sadly this was nothing like what I had heard, and has probably put me off booking this chain for good. So what was wrong - well...nothing "really major"; but the hotel was just not performing at the same level as its peers for this price point. Our adjoining rooms were fine, but quite small and really lacking in storage space. The "main pool" and "kids pool" are OK, but not that great for young kids (the "kids pool" is really just a big square bath, which by the way has 90 degree ledges so you have to supervise very carefully...). The food at the buffet was very "so-so" - not very exciting, I don't remember a single dish that really stood out; it sometimes felt they had gone for the cheapest generic ingredients they could find (the feta cheese was completely tasteless, and the peanut butter was very sugary - why bother shaving a few cents on this stuff...?) - I ate quite lightly the entire time we were there because, frankly, it wasn't worth it. The Italian restaurant was a little better, and the "fancy" restaurant in the main courtyard was actually quite nice, but generally the food offering was disappointing A few members of staff were very friendly and helpful (especially Yiannis in the sunset bar), but generally the service was a bit lacklustre - there seemed to be no real routine and we struggled at every mealtime / drink time with some aspect of the interaction (nearly every time a dish or drink would be missing, or the bill would be wrong - I mean, every time - it was exhausting...); management were not very visible, unless they were themselves sitting eating in the restaurant at lunchtime (which is just weird in this sort of hotel) - I didn't get the impression most of the staff were very happy or were really bothered about their jobs. The Kids Club was a little better - the staff were very friendly and the kids seemed to have a good time. However, despite trying to book in advance, availability was not great: no Kids Club at all on a Sunday, and we only managed to get half days (i.e. 3 hours) on several days, which is not a problem I have had with any other hotel at this level; unfortunately, the rest of the hotel facilities are also not great for keeping kids entertained; the beach is very busy, and the kids pool is small and doesn't hold their attention long. I would not come back for a family holiday; there are much better resorts at the same price point. The website mentions "playing tennis" - granted, it doesn't actually specify that the hotel has a tennis court; the tennis court showing on Google Maps is now a car park, and if you ask the concierge about tennis you are informed that courts can be booked in Corfu town (30 minutes away...) - fine, but then why would the website call out "tennis" specifically as a leisure option? Just one example of how the website and marketing for this hotel is way out of kilter with what it actually delivers Overall, pretty disappointing and not somewhere I would recommend at this price point - just very "meh" and doesn't seem that bothered about it. Won't be visiting a "Domes" brand resort again as a result.

Dear ollie12375, Thank you ever so much for choosing us. Providing the highest level of service is our top priority and we are all truly sorry for failing to meet your expectations on this occasion. On a more positive note, we are so glad you have enjoyed the Kids Club, our Italian restaurant and also we appreciate your recognition of some members of our staff. We hope you don’t mind us correcting you, but on our website are declared various adventures and sports, tennis, along with a golf courses, watersports, horse-riding etc., most of them are not located on site and it is mentioned, that with the assistance of our concierge you can arrange and book those experiences. We are afraid, there was a slight misunderstanding and interpretation. With all the above in mind, we are heartbroken to hear your negative experience overall, and that we have never managed to meet your expectations as a 5-star hotel. Nevertheless, we trust you have left Corfu with some lovely memories. We are wishing you all the best and we hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back when your travel plans allow. Warm regards, Domes of Corfu Management Team

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel very much. Facilities were very good, a la carte restaurants excellent. We were in a sapphire suite and therefore we were half board plus. Unfortunately other tour operators also offered half board plus, and each off was different. We found this confusing as did some staff. Buffet food but food was cold. This hotel is ideal for young family’s which was good. We would have preferred some space just for adults. Staff at this hotel are exceptional. Every staff member was friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you to all staff and a credit to management to have such a happy environment.

Domes We spent a week half board at this hotel in October 2023 and thought it brilliant for the following reasons: 1. We did not have a transfer from the airport instead we picked up a hire car. The drive was easy as was parking at the hotel and, if there were no spaces outside reception, the staff provided complimentary valet parking. 2. Reception and check-in, very professional, friendly and efficient. We were given a brief tour of the facilities and then shown to our room where the luggage had already been delivered. Reception provided us with a simple map and recommendations of places to visit. 3. The hotel itself is well laid out and spacious with lots of lounges and bars. The Wifi was excellent throughout the hotel including the beach bar and pool areas. 4. There are 2 pool areas one for adults only which is separated from the family pool and there were two “swim up” pools 5. The hotel is right on the beach and an area is designated as Adults only. The beach slopes gently down to the sea which was a beautiful azure colour when the sun shone. 6. Our room was a “Sapphire retreat” with a balcony and faced west overlooking the pools and beach. We were able to view the sunsets during the week. The Room itself was compact but not small and with a plentiful supply of hot water the shower was great. There were USB3 and USB-c sockets for charging phones and iPads. The air-con was quiet and effective. There were lights to indicate “DND” or make up my room. 7. Housekeeping was excellent and everyday would make up the bed and replace used bottles of water. 8. The Agora restaurant was fantastic with so many choices that were different every night. Breakfast was varied and catered for all tastes. It also had a grill where you could order omelettes cooked to order. The staff worked incredibly hard and the service was excellent. 9. We didn't use the spa or fitness room. The Spa treatments were expensive and limited. We would certainly recommend this hotel and would definitely visit again.

We are an elderly couple who spent a week at this hotel in late October after celebrating my 80th birthday. The hotel is beautifully designed with very high quality furniture etc. but I think many of the chairs and seats were designed for their appearance rather than comfort! Our room was lovely with a balcony overlooking the pool and beach and had everything we needed. We found the food excellent in all four restaurants and the staff were efficient, friendly and helpful. However, there were two main issues: 1. The hotel had a huge number of young families with babies and small children. I am not suggesting they shouldn’t have been there but we were looking forward to a quiet relaxing week, not one where every mealtime involved negotiating pushchairs in the aisle, babies crying, toddlers dashing about and the inevitable mess on tables and floor that young children produce. Most of the parents showed consideration for other guests but a few allowed their children to run riot and expected the staff to clear up their mess. Surely it should be possible in a hotel of this size to have one restaurant or part of a restaurant which is adults only? There is an adults only pool which was much appreciated.. 2. The hotel is situated several km from the nearest village and at the time we visited there were no trips to other parts of the island. There is a daily free bus to Corfu Town which we used several times, but no way of visiting anywhere else. I might add that this bus had several broken or missing seatbelts and the driver spent most of the journey on his mobile phone holding the wheel with one hand (or no hands when changing gear!). The hotel did arrange some taxi tours for us which were excellent but very expensive. In spite of these issues we did enjoy our holiday and Domes of Corfu has much to recommend it. I hope the management find this criticism constructive and find a way of improving things for future guests like us.

The Domes of Corfu delivered 5 star service and some of the best buffet food for breakfast and dinner that we have ever experienced. during our seven night stay. The hotel’s staff, without exception, were professional, friendly, informative and always helpful. The hotel has a relaxed atmosphere and is set directly on Glyfafa beach, so you have a great view of the sun setting over the Ionian Sea every evening. Our room was comfortable and along with the hotel’s facilities provided everything that we required for a week of relaxation and enjoyment.

We are a family of 4 adults who stayed here from 04 to 11 October 2023. The location, facilities and staff of the hotel were superb. It will be difficult to single out any particular member of staff as they all provided excellent service.Nothing was too much for them to do for you The management were also very helpful indeed. There was a a slight glitch at dinner one night at the sea food restaurant and without reporting the problem, management from their staff feedback went out of there way to make amends for this We werevery pleased with the way they dealt with the matter. It is very good customer service. We would recommend this hotel to anyone. Consider the Haute Dining Option if you awill spend a lot of time at the hotel. There is a good restaurant within walking distance of the hotel for lunch or dinner. Corfu itself is a beautiful island and we had excellent weather during our stay

We stayed for a week with our 3 year old and 11 month old. Overall my review of the hotel was very good, high quality rooms; amenities and food was excellent. Staff were brilliant. However, I just want to highlight a few things about bringing young children here, where I think the hotel could make a few simple changes which would make it a much easier, enjoyable trip for families. Unfair to say the hotel did anything wrong but I don’t think it is great for young kids. - No kids cutlery or crockery available anywhere, babies eat directly off tables in all restaurants or off china plates - neither ideal. Aesthetically pleasing crockery could easily be provided and make parents lives easier! - Indoor areas including the Haute Living Area are not kid friendly at all. Very low, wooden seating areas indoors, exposed brick walls and tiled floors and outdoor courtyard filled with pebbles. Not ideal for crawling kids! - Outdoor playground surrounded by pebbles! Again not good for small children. Playground rubbery surface would be much better. - Very limited areas and activities for children beyond the crèche area (which itself was fantastic) but there’s lots of time to fill outside their core hours with kids. A few more toys, games etc in communal spaces even the teenager room was sparse with just a table football, pinball machine and one board game set.

My partner and I had the pleasure of visiting Domes and we could not recommend the hotel more. The hotel has so many brilliant qualities but I want to start with the incredible staff. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, diligent, helpful, and were always a step ahead preempting exactly what you needed when you needed it. They were so friendly, chatty and personable. We wanted to give a special mention to Andreas concierge for being incredibly helpful booking in excursions, arranging meal bookings for us, for his prompt responses and for his brilliant sense of humour! Christina guest relations who would always welcome us to breakfast and dinner with a big smile on her face and her bright shiny personality! Leonidas who worked at the beach bar was incredible friendly, hospitable, welcoming, attentive to us and other guests, and made brilliant cocktails! Eleni who was also at the beach bar and was so so incredibly friendly. She gave us an insight into Corfu life, made the tastiest cocktails, was always smiley and welcoming, very hard working and did all she could to help guests. Not sure of his name but the brilliant man who would spend all day in the hot sun delivering and tidying the towels. He wore very funky Asics trainers and would always give us a smile and a wave. Panos the bellman who was very helpful with luggage, told us about life in Corfu and gave us a warm welcome and a lovely send off. There was another bellman who also made sure we had a brilliant stay however we didn’t catch his name. Marianna from the front desk who was very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and ensured we had a brilliant stay. The kindness and generosity of the staff is what made our visit. Domes you have a truly exceptional team! Aside from the brilliant staff, the hotel itself is incredibly luxurious. If you’re seeking a romantic, relaxing get away, Domes is the place for you. Our room was beautifully designed with the most comfortable bed, a gorgeous balcony, and was very spacious. The hotel itself was stunning, especially first thing in the morning and at sunset. Everything was perfectly curated. Next up the food. We are both massive foodies so for us the food was very important. It’s fair to say the food exceeded expectations. Every single dish (which there were hundreds of) was cooked to perfection. We ate greek salads, the best baklava ever, swordfish, octopus in fava, copious amounts of olives and feta, fresh breads, juicy fruit, the abundance of food and choice was outstanding. Thank you so much Domes for making our holiday so perfect. We were so sad when we had to leave. We couldn’t recommend the hotel more.
