Four of us stayed at this hotel for 1 night on a overnight trip for Ephesus and Pamukkale. The Hotel rooms were clean , bathrooms clean and beds clean and comfortable. The use of spa was included and was a nice touch. However the food was , well lets just say fortunately it was a buffet so its possible to...

This hotel only survives because tour buses are booked into it. It is readily apparent from all aspects of your stay that the hotel management does not care about guest satisfaction – only profits. The room was dirty, especially the carpet. The smoke detector was disconnected. We had to use our own batteries to insert into the AC remote to...

We had no choice about staying here because we were on an overnight trip to Ephesus and Pamukkale and it seems that is how they do business. Staff are rude, the rooms and furnishings are broken/torn/dirty and the evening meal was so bad that it gave several of our party diarrhoea and some had sickness as well. Awful. I'd say...

Stayed here as part of a tour, after reading the reviews I would not chosen this Hotel. Found many things broken in the room, from door nobs to light switches. Appears to be no repairs made in a few years. Wifi only works in lobby, where I am writing this review, and watching the staff play games behind the counter....

We stayed at this Hotel overnight as part of our excursion from Hisaronu to Ephesus and Pamakkale. We were allocated a room by our rep on the tour and there was more mold on the walls of the bathroom than a piece of stilton cheese. The bath looked like it had not been cleaned since the last people to occupy...

Stayed for one night as part of a two day excursion. Looks ok from the outside .We were put in block C, took us ages to find the room as so many long dark corridors, Room itself was awful and In desperate need of a good clean. Curtains hanging off the rail, Outdated furnishing, well worn, stained carpets with a...

We stayed 1 night as part of a 2 day excursion to efes and pumekali. The hotel looks okay. Rooms are tired and dated. The food was terrible (HB) chicken nuggets and beans? And that was the best part! Shocker. I think they see sucker written on the coach full or day trippers. Yet to have a decent meal in...

Used for an overnight stay whilst on a two day visit to Ephesus and then Pammukale. The wiring around the light switch was loose, grouting in the bathroom had been done by someone using a shovel, shower head and fitting were from competing suppliers - meant the shower only wanted to spray the mirror on the opposite side of the...

Stayed one night in his hotel on a visit to Pamukkale. Do not stop at this hotel . The food is appalling and the service is even worse. Came down for breakfast and not a table had been cleared and the hot food was cold. The bathrooms were not of a standard to be marked. The whole place needs a...

Like many doing the Ephesus / Pamukkale two day tour you get suckered in by the 4* description etc. Oh it looks nice from the outside but that is as far as it goes. Travelodge and Premier Inn are basic hotels in the UK and even on a bad day still outclass this place by miles. Grubby bathroom, awful not...
