Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

After coming back from a weekend away with my girlfriend, I have to say that I have never been so impressed. Located near to Twycross zoo and very good local pubs this location for a getaway was perfect. We stayed in Pod 3 and couldn’t be happier with the pod. Everything from the hot tub to the kitchen was so well thought through and you can tell the owners put a lot of time into making it a great experience! Really glad we stayed.

Fantastic site, clean pitches, great views and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend and visit again. Children ages 10 and 6 really enjoyed the experience. It's a great base with Conkers a 30min drive and close to Twycross Zoo.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay in a Tipi and we had the best time!!
The site is clean, facilities were spotless and the tents were fantastic. Our children loves every minute and the football pitch was a real bonus. We will definitely be back!

We have just come back from the tipis. Can not fault them ! We had an amazing time . Everything we needed was right there . Couldn’t believe it when we got to the tipi and found a small kitchen . Nice touch. Despite the rain we had a lovely time and can’t wait to return . Even my 4 year old slept all night he never does. They are so cosy and warm. We were very grateful for the offer of more wood

We had fun, great for young kids as there is loads of space to run about and if you have dogs there are places to explore also.
We walked a couple miles to a nearby village to the south for lunch and they aloud dogs.
The tipis were great , warm and dry with power and solar power fairy lights which is good for the kids.
Would recommend to anyone who wants to get away from it all.
Keep the fire burning....

We ( 2 adults and 2 young children) have just returned from a 2 night midweek stay and it was brilliant. We camp regularly but ditched the tent this time for something a little more. The sight is perfect. Small, quiet and off the beaten track with stunning views all around but close enough to everything u will need. The facilities are better then any of the large sites we have stayed on. The owner and his family were brilliant even giving my 3 year old son who is tractor mad a ride around the farm in his tractor. It completely made the trip for him. There is a football pitch to keep the kids occupied and loads of space to play and walk. We will definitely be returning. Couldnt recommend it highly enough

We booked a tipi for 1 night on route through the Midlands. Wow a true escape from the rush of everyday life. There is a touring field at the farm as well but the tipis are set in their own private area with lovely views over open countryside. The tipi was equipped with beds, a heater, candles and pretty bunting. It was very heavy rain the night we stayed but it was dry and comfortable (very cosy). Each tipi has it's own picnic bench and fire pit. There is a clean and modern toilet and showe block just for tipi users. It is a dry and warm brick built building with a proper kitchen with hob, microwave, kettle and fridge just for tipi users. There is also an indoor area with a comfy sofa and dining table which was great as the weather was so bad. There are several country pubs within a few miles of the site that serve good food but watch out if you arrive on a Sunday night as most only serve at lunch. We ate out at the Applby Hotel which did still do food. There is also a shop in the local village for provisions. I loved the site, there was not a sound of a road, just peace and quiet. I'd love to go back again when the weather is better to enjoy the site fully.

Our daughters are 5, 3 and 16 months and with some trepidation after a long day out at Warwick castle we planned on trying glamping....

Our experience was very much positive. We arrive and the tipi was all set up and the chalk board outside had our name on it. The owners had been great with email contact before so the beds were configured how we needed them. They had also covered over the firewood so it was nice and dry.

Our girls enjoyed the small site, we explored the woods and the nearby fields. We had a fire in the brick firepit and it was easy to store our milk and breakfast food in the fridge in the shared kitchen.

The shared facilities are very high spec - nice toiletries, automatic lights, very fast electric hob and well stocked with plates and utensils. The tipi we stayed in had power and an electric heater. It was plenty warm enough, even for our baby.

The location is amazing - no light pollution and quiet. We got a spectacular sunrise. It's made us very excited about glamping and we hope to be back to this site next year! Thank you!

This is one of the best places I've ever been too. They literally leave you too it and you know there are on the end of the phone if it's needed. Everyone on the farm and in the local areas are really friendly. There is a local pub within walking distance, which allows dogs too.

This has been one of the most relaxing places I've been & it's right on your door step. Would go back again, with the family, couples or a group of friends!

"Not a hotel, glamping at its best. One tipi has proper beds and a settee. The others have mattresses on the floor so more authentic."
