Rooms
We was on the fourth floor and our rooms were nice as were the bathrooms, the mini fridge was always stocked up and the room was cleaned everyday, we asked before we arrived if we could have our rooms nearby and the hotel put us all next to eachother which was nice!
Food
We ate in the buffet every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner and we didn’t get bored. We have a couple of fussy eaters but everyone found stuff they liked, they have all the staples like chicken and chips etc but also lots of different foods each night at dinner, breakfast and lunch were mostly the same everyday but with so much choice you can’t go wrong! We ate at the steak restaurant one night which is €45 extra and it was worth every penny, it was such a nice experience and we was sat outside with a beautiful view and the food was delicious! The midnight restaurant was also a nice touch that we used when we arrived late at night!! The coffee hut is also a nice touch and was so nice!
Pools/Cabanas
There was a few pools all lovely and we found where we liked to sit and got the same spot each day, one day we bought a cabana and it was worth every penny, the service was incredible you can get lunch to the cabana, you get a fridge stocked up and drinks bought to you from the bar. I can’t complain about the pools or daytime activities at all.
Entertainment
The men loved the daily activities, there’s darts, water polo, foot tennis, aqua fit, and much more. The staff were so lovely and happy. The evening entertainment was really good, you get the normal entertainment more for families a bit earlier than in the club later on there are dancers every night with a DJ, great atmosphere!
All in all I can’t fault the hotel, the staff were amazing and we had no troubles, the lifts aren’t great but we just walked if they took a while but just for families with buggies and young kids it’s a bit annoying sometimes. The shops in the hotel were very overpriced as you can imagine but if you need floats or goggles just outside the hotel about 5 min walk to the right there is a little market with a shop and pharmacy etc and the floats are €15 instead of €35!!
Thank you titanic delux for a lovely stay!!

Food was lovely very repetitive but like most all inclusives you always find something to eat, fresh bread baking was lovely. We went to the Italian restaurant that was lovely and our waiter was so friendly (sorry didn’t get his name)
Homemade waffles down by the Beach were lovely too would recommend 😋
We booked a standard double/twin room with side sea view (room 1431 4th floor) room was lovely maids in everyday only let down was they didn’t hoover or wipe our sink/toilet over but did change our towels/sheets.
Sun bed situation we managed to get sun beds when needed but if you want some by main pool (ship) or slides you have to be up early I saw people at 6am putting towels on beds to me that’s ridiculous.
Cabanas yes or no we definitely say yes we booked number 2 on the island (ammonia pool) it was amazing sun all day we had such an amazing waiter too called Sahin (I hope I have spelt it right) he was absolutely lovely couldn’t do enough for us highly recommended this cabana if you want a nice peaceful one. We also booked number 10 on the main pool this one was nice more busy and less peaceful our waiter was nice Dilaver (I hope it’s spelt right) he brought us everything we needed.
Staff were all friendly if you needed anything they would help.
We got a taxi €50 return from the hotel to land of legends at night to the light show it was about 25mins away free to go in that was nice we went on the boats there 3000 lira for the 3 of us I think it was around £77 only a short ride but nice, some lovely shops there too.
We also got a taxi €50 return from the hotel to the Saturday market which was about 25mins away the taxi man waited there for us we were about 1h-1.5h walking round the market really good to get some good bargains shoes, trainers, bags, purses, perfume fruit veg and lots more.
Beach at the hotel is lovely and clean always got beds down there.
Entertainment was a little slow for our first few days but after 1st may it was more lively some good shows on.
Drinks are good tried a few cocktails, rose wine beers most bars to can get bottles of beer which is good.
Well stocked mini fridge in room water, coke,Fanta, beers snacks all included and restocked everyday.
All in all this hotel was lovely and we are hopefully returning in the future.
We started with the room first, the rooms were average, we had no trouble in room cleaning, but there were missing single-use items in the bathroom (toothpaste, brush, shave knife, etc) in the room which we think is the biggest trouble, floors are hard floors and the chair is heavy and legs are hard in front of the comedy, when you pull the chair on the fourth floor, hears on the sixth floor, please have a solution, either put something like a carpet there, or paste soft slices at the feet of the chair, we woke up every morning.
The best part of the hotel is for me the kids club, but unfortunately, most workshops were not open because of the winter concept.
There were 5-6 soccer teams at the hotel, and when we wanted to use the morning fitness center, it was told that it was set up by 11:00, which is why we were unable to use it, which is definitely not a ridiculous practice.
Come on to the food, the same food every day, enough or no, but as I said, the titanic hotel was very standard while expecting a premium standard, the pasta was made from a package of pasta, the mid-range all-inclusive hotel, the hotels where the artisanal pasta was served in a giant parmesan wheel, the pasta bar was shocked, our expectations were high, but the average we met.
the staff is caring and caring, but most of the staff is Far East and sometimes you have trouble describing your problem.
He met our expectations for the winter vacation, but the name and the titanic stayed well below expectations, previously stayed in hotels like voyage, calista in the winter season for the seminar was very low, would I prefer considering summer price levels? I don't risk voyage,gloria,nirvana... if this level arrow crystals half the price of this level

The check in process was amazing, they also managed to accommodate our request to have 10 rooms exactly how we wanted all next to each other and on a high floor. We emailed them months in advance and followed up the requests monthly then weekly before we arrived.
The rooms were fantastic great view all pool facing, the food variety in the various restaurants was good however the main one lacked variety, they also decided to remove ice cream from the main restaurant which doesn’t make sense as after dinner kids love ice cream!!
All the staff are very attentive apart from one occasion which is why I gave 3 stars.
The pool closes at 7:30pm we were in the pool at 7pm our belongings were all on the pool loungers clothes, cover ups, mobile phones. Most of the other beds were empty, instead of asking us if they were ours they were taken to lost property, when we enquired instead of bringing them back to us we were told to go to reception, we asked for towels they then said go get them yourself. We were all half naked not appropriately dressed to go to the lobby so we walked across to get the towels. We went to lobby to complain and they simply said sorry it was hotel policy, I said it was evident we were in the pool someone could have asked, they said there was a language barrier between the person that picked it up, I then mentioned that the person Eram who was by the pool could speak English could have asked us however he said it wasn’t his job. I was shocked that someone who is a staff member deemed management could brush it off.
After all this the hotel literally said sorry we will take your comments on board, not the sort of feedback you would expect on a 50k package.
Very disappointing, it’s all good when things are well but a hotel is judged on how they handle things when things go wrong.
Having travelled to numerous 5 star hotels Titanic will no longer be on our return list.
We all enjoyed the food and variety the desserts being our favourite. The QR ordering service at the sunbeds didn't work which was disappointing and we couldn't quite workout why staff would take some guests drink orders and not others probably tipping ( I am from Yorkshire).
We rented a cabana on the pier for 175 euros which was a really nice day(except for a party next door playing there own music) though expensive. My son (11)loved playing football everyday at 4 o'clock and playing on the ps5. We unfortunately wouldn't stay here again if this is 5 star we are happy with 4.
Tips for Hotel
* Let people get there own drinks in buffet restaurant especially soft drinks and tea and coffee on a morning but also offer the ordering service if people want it.
*It's not necessary to put a note through the door send a text message and a phone call asking people to pay the bill the day before they leave, rather than when they check out.
Great looking hotel with amazing pools and great activities for kids (only staff in kids club are nice and friendly)! Read on!
Food can be very repetitive and no variations of food. Food lacks a lot of flavour! Trust me the Turkish food in London is better than the food here in the hotel. Options for vegetarians are very limited! The foods aren’t even signed well and sometimes have no signs in front of them.
You have to pay to use the a la carte restaurants which I did and they were both not nice in terms of flavour in the food and portion sizes.
Housekeeping staff are very rude and even if you ask them for shower gel or anything and you can see it in front of you they will tell you to go to reception and not in a friendly manner. The lady whom I had asked for shower gel gave a big huff and just rudely said speak to reception and started mumbling in Turkish. None of the staff speak English very well and don’t even understand what you’re asking them either.
There is no air conditioning in the lifts or hallways of the hotel! Trust me when I say it’s painful getting into the lifts with so much body heat and the heat from outside really doesn’t help.
Bring your own hair dryer because the hairdryers in all rooms are useless.
If you want an iron and an iron board you have to request it and they will want it back within the hour.
I’m writing this review and I’m only 4 days into my stay.
I really wouldn’t come back to this hotel or even Antalya. This trip has put me off from ever coming back to this country I find the general people in terms of locals very rude.
Look for another hotel and do not choose this one! If you still plan to come to Antalya.
This is my first holiday with my 16 month old son and it’s not been great would highly recommend another destination all together.
Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly staff, they were extremely helpful and explained everything that we needed to know, the rooms are clean and well maintained, we where in the family suites which are separate from the main hotel, all bags and guests where dropped to their room on golf buggies.
We are a party of 12 and found it extremely easy to get seated in the restaurant, food was good and everyone was able to find things they liked.
Pleasantly surprised by the amount of branded alcohol that is included and it’s not watered down like some we have come across. Staff waiting on you hand and foot and do everything to make your stay happy. During the day at the pool it is possible to order your drink to be brought to your sunbed again at no extra cost ( brought by someone on roller skates)
Many places to eat throughout the day and the kids were especially impressed by the ice cream and waffles . The slides are great entertainment for the kids however come the 1st November the big slides are turned off due to change in season .
The lobby closes at midnight but you can be seated in comfort again staff come to you and ask what you would like to drink, wide variety of cocktails available and we tried them all .
The bowling bar is 24/7 and all arcades are free as well as pool tables. Bowling is also free but you need to book this in advance . I have been to Turkey many times and so far this is the most impressive.
Emre is the guest relations guy and he made sure we were happy throughout. Believe me I don’t normally write reviews but this place was so worth it.

All seemed great on our first morning until after a day at the pool we arrived back at the room at 5pm to find it not being cleaned so contacted reception and they sent a lady who literally made the bed and left towels NOW onto day 2 arrived back at room at 5pm and AGAIN room hadn’t been cleaned so went to reception and complained and felt they didn’t really take notice just said we will send housekeeping so 6pm came and so did the two cleaning ladies who seemed far from happy to have to come.
We complained to reception that the balcony patio area was disgusting with dirt and cigarette ends and then went to guest relations and asked for the Hotel manager’s email.
For €1200 euros per night it wasn’t good enough and guest relations showed zero empathy.
I emailed the manager MINA only to find it was the guest relations manager who we were given details of so we again explained to her the issues and she said sorry but it was one of those things and offered a 10% discount to go to the Italian or fish restaurant but I said we had a free voucher for those and at that point asked for a discount to the Steak a la carte to which she said NO it’s not company policy and would not consider any other alternative I asked Mina again to reconsider and the answer was a simple NO which as I explained we came to Turkey every year for 20 years and always stayed at the Delphin Group and would appreciate something as a gesture so she extended our room for 2hrs !!!!!!
I was absolutely disgusted and disappointed in the attitude and lack of support from Mina who is supposed to be sorting guests issues not quoting company policies.
Based on this experience I will not be returning to the Titanic as it is very tired in places and some staff are so miserable and the management walk around and don’t speak or smile to you !!
Our last night we went to the restaurant and had some chicken that turned out to be raw and the head Chef agreed with me it wasn’t acceptable.
So dirty rooms and uncooked food please consider and read reviews before booking but on a positive the animation team were fantastic some of the best we’ve seen and Alena was so guest focused and friendly she needs to be the customer services manager!!!
