Travellers' Choice
Stay at the Premier Inn Hotel Glasgow Bearsden and you'll be in pole position for the walkers' favourite, the West Highland Way. But it's not all footpaths and countryside, in fact you're perfectly located for a spot of retail therapy in Glasgow and Edinburgh too. Hotfoot it to Glasgow city centre for some great shopping or to catch some live music. Or stride out towards Ben Nevis on the West Highland Way. Stroll over to some fascinating days out like the Science Centre or the Riverside Museum, then put your feet up and enjoy some mouth-watering food, followed by a nice comfy bed.

Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I really enjoyed our time at this Premier Inn. The staff was supremely kind and helpful, just awesome customer service. They went out of their way to make our family comfortable. The hotel was clean and tidy and the rooms were very spacious. The breakfast was great. I’d definitely stay here again when in the area and recommend it to others. In fact, it was recommended to me by a family living in the area who had stayed several times.

Easy check in. Room was spotless and peaceful with a supremely comfortable king size bed. Breakfast was lovely with excellent coffee. Special mention should go to our waitress Suzanne who brought us a free map of Glasgow and advised where we might consider visiting during our flying visit to the city 🙂

We had a comfortable stay. I want to especially mention the helpful receptionist. She had to both man the desk and also help out with breakfasts when the girl who was cooking came under pressure with numbers waiting to be served (they were maybe short-staffed).

We have stayed at several Premier Inns over the years, and this one in Bearsden was certainly as good as any of the others. The location, for our meeting friends in a local restaurant, was the prime reason for choosing this specific Inn. The bed was comfortable and we both slept well. The pub and restaurant anoint the hotel was busy with a mixed crowd of adults 20’s to 70’s watching the rugby and or enjoying a meal out. Also several families who seemed to be well looked after. As we were dining elsewhere, we only had a couple of drinks. Good ambience & reasonable prices. I did notice a couple of unoccupied tables tables with dirty glasses. However that was probably due to the bar being very busy and, dare I say understaffed which undoubtedly be a financial decision from head office. Service was certainly efficient and quick enough. If visiting friends in the area again, we would probably stay here again.

Stayed for 3 nights with my wife to attend a sporting event. We have stayed here before and knew what to expect. Friendly and efficient staff, good parking facilities, good access to the west end and a leisure centre nearby. Everything was as it should be and also very good value for money.

This is a lovely hotel with the most welcoming and friendly staff. The bed was very comfy, the bath was lovely and the water really hot at all times. The room was clean at all times. The breakfast room is lovely and breakfast is a good variety and well cooked. The pub next door is also very good. We had a super time over the Christmas holidays for our 4 night stay. Highly recommend.

You know what you are getting as ever. Good room. Clean and comfortable Slight hiccup arriving in the dark as we missed the hotel entrance sign and ended up going round the McDonalds drive though next door. When we got to the right place we then parked at the front of the hotel which we later realised was actually the car park for the adjacent restaurant. Signage a bit weak. First Premier I've come across that doesn't have breakfast service in the adjacent restaurant but has it's own bijoux breakfast room. Food cooked to order. Good as usual but the room was pretty small and some of the seating was at high stools cafe bar style. As an older, larger lady I was glad we arrived early as I'd have been distinctly uncomfortable getting up on the stool and eating breakfast there.

Stayed here twice now and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. The staff are so nice as is the accommodation. Lovely quiet area. If I had to be picky I would avoid paying for the breakfast. The breakfast room itself is lovely but the food is really not. For the same price pp you are better to go elsewhere and get a proper cooked breakfast (sorry)

I traveled to the UK from France for a school reunion, which was being held nearby, so location was important. Location was perfect, and quiet, being set back some way from a main road. It was also quite close to 2 railway stations, and a bus stop. (I had no hire car.) Very good breakfast, but would have preferred more Scottish items (eg Lorne sausage). Quality very good and a good choice of hot and cold items. Room a good size and everything clean. One minor niggle - there was no USB charging point.
