I chose this accomodation inspired but the views it seemed to have and let me tell you, I was pleasantly surprised to discover Arhontou was even better than it looked online. The view is absolutely breath-taking, the rooms are impeccably clean and very nicely decorated (including the bathroom, which is gorgeous) and the staff is very friendly, accomodating and overall lovely (be sure to ask for tips on where to go and what to see). The breakfast was also very good and the breakfast area with a view that makes you want to overstay breakfast time. The location is great, a short walk from all the nice places in Apollonia and a very short drive from the beautiful village of Artemonas. We had a great stay in our spacious, nicely built and decorated room. The view was amazing, and the staff very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was rich, with different delicious home made options every day!

A nice place to stay near island capital, less than ten minutes walk from the center despite the uphill road. Our room did not have the view but was spacious and pretty with renovated bath that we liked. Room was cleaned every day. Definitely worth of money spent.

I came for five days with a friend. The apartments have a beautiful view of the aegean sea and Kyria Katerina and the rest of the personnel is extremely friendly and hospitable. Finally the location is perfect as it's quite and only a 10 minute walk from all the bars in Apollonia, and thus there is no need for a car at night! Hope to see you soon!

I proceeded with the booking after confirming the specific room availability with the owner by phone. When I got there they gave me another room, totally worst than the one I have booked. It was like I booked a newly built superior suite and got a standard double room at an older building. The owners were totally rude and ironic to me. They told me among other things that they only have one room as a sample at booking.com but I checked after my return and saw that they have 6 room types and they refused that they confirmed the availability at my phone call. I am totally disappointed by the hotel and the owners that were very unprofessional and rude. Mistakes happen but you have to admit them, try to fix them and not blame the customer. Also they didn't change towels during our 3 night stay and the mattress and pillows needs replacement. I don't recommend this hotel, be careful they have 3 new rooms at a new building and the rest are at an older one. Totally overpriced for what I payed and what I got.…

An excellent place to stay in an island with character and opportunities for both relaxation as well as nightlife. The hotel was at the perfect location with panoramic overview till the sea. Superb hospitality!

The access was super easy and the parking place huge. It was a nice 10-15 minutes walk to the centre of Apollonia, if we did not feel like going by car. The unobstructed view from our room was fantastic and we enjoyed it so much sitting there in the afternoon. The room was new, clean and really spacious for island standards. The beds were comfortable as well. The breakfast was ok but there is room for improvement. All in all I would recommend Arhontou for sure. We definitively will come back.

We stayed there for 4 nights and we have booked 2 rooms (a double and a triple). We have opted for the rooms with a view, which I have to admit that it is fantastic and it is unobstructed towards apollonia, artemonas and of course the sea and Antiparos island. What I can describe as the best item of the room is by far the (renovated) bathroom, hard to find something similar in such a price and in the B&B category in Cyclades. The breakfast was ok but there is room for improvement. The beds were really comfortable as well.

Nice new accommodation with only a short 10-15minute walk to the shops and over looking a beautiful view of the distant sea. Breakfast was not very fulfilling. The service was excellent as is with every place in Greece - people are very caring and attentive.

We go back and back again to this family-run pension/hotel as the owners make you feel home immediately. The view on the sea and the country side in between is so relaxing that you spend your day just watching it... Breakfast is good, and when Ms. Komis cooks, it is excellent!
