This is a good budget hotel in Pilsen. Room was basic but had everything I needed except iron and ironing board. WiFi was reliable. They also had breakfast, again nothing fancy but good. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is located a little outside the city center, so if you don't have a car, you'll need a taxi to get...

We quite frequently use the services of Primavera Hotel for various trainings and business lunch. I can recommend it as a place with professional service, excellent food and quick reliable help and support.

The hotel is very clean and the rooms are good. As the hotel is situated a bit outside the city centre (although the distance to the city centre is not much), it is quiet and serene. The restaurant has a beautiful view. As Olympia Mall is not far, the walking experience to the mall is one to be had during...

Very good hotel, clean, quiet, with good food, on suburbs, with good connection both to the city center and to highway. Big rooms, maybe i missed one more electric wall socket neer the desk, but it's peanut. :) I really enjoyed staying there.

Stayed for three nights in July 2015. Comfortable room with an excellent view, so tranquil! Easy access to town centre, by taking bus no.13 for a 15-min ride. Special thanks must be given to one lady receptionist who explained clearly to me about the special arrangement of the transfer from train to bus and then train again for my journey...

The room was great, perfectly clean and spacious. Internet connection was unstable. The food was nice but the service is very slow and not very friendly. It is located far from city center though well connected by public transport.

Things certainly have been updated since I was here last year. The Breakfast service offered several choices even for the pickiest eater. The display and the variety of food for our reception were well-chosen and presented! And the service....Jana and Paula at the reception desk were ever smiling and ready to help with the smallest request! Jan, the Waiter, who...

I stayed in June and had 2 room changes because of faulty air conditioning. The breakfast I chose not to eat, the poorest selection I've come across. The security guard referred to was a bit odd. He sits in the dark and frightens the life out of you as you suddenly see him sitting there as not in the reception...

It is true that the air conditioning was not working. There was a failure of the central unit for the whole floor. The guests were immediately moved on new room and the next day the air conditioning was repaired. We use quality hotel mattresses that guests relish on the contrary. If you requested the room coffee / tea set, which...
