This is a luxurious hotel ideally located within walking distance of all important place of interest in Prague. We booked a deluxe suite. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted at reception and Adam escorted us to our suite. Whilst we were disappointed with our initial choice, Adam quickly turned things around and within minutes we were relocated in suite 404 which was gorgeous. Great work, Adam! The hotel is beautiful but what sets it apart is the outstanding service from everyone! Everyone smiles and nothing is too much trouble. Buffet breakfast was good and we took a liking to the mini doughnuts and brownies. We also ate at the restaurant, the Grill, and due to lovely weather was located in the gorgeous gardens. We ate the steak and chips which were out of this world! Again, service was exemplary. When we return to Prague, we won’t hesitate to stay here. Congratulations to you all.. even the peacocks!!!

This Hotel offers everything one can expect. It's location is perfect at the entrance of the old town. The staff are all very hospitable and attentive. Our executive room was comfortable, large, very neat and retained the ambiance of the Hotel. The food is exquisite and the service is excellent. The garden seating for breakfast is unique with a piano player and peacocks frolicking and making sounds.

Let me begin by saying that the staff try to be ever so helpful and I would give them 5 stars. My two gripes, which is why the hotel loses two stars, are as follows. 1) it’s a warm evening and the air conditioning doesn’t work. We were offered a fan but instead chose to open the windows and suffer the noise of the traffic outside. Its 01.30 and our room is hot and we are still unable to sleep, 2) Our room, which is very nice, is spoilt by the fact that our bed and main bathroom is up a flight of stairs. More elderly patrons might find accessing these stairs problematical as they are it somewhat small to the foot. It wasn’t something we were asked about when booking through the hotel website, not that I can remember anyway. The food is good and it’s lovely sitting in the garden having a nightcap before bed. But if your room is too hot to sleep in it detracts away from all the good. I would say the hotel looks very smart and is ideally situated.

We stayed for three nights on a family trip. The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of town to all of the shops, attractions and market. The trams ran on time and are very inexpensive. The staff and rooms in the hotel were excellent, including the concierge and especially the doorman, Bilel, who was extremely helpful. We only ate in the hotel for breakfast, but the buffet was more than adequate. We tried all of the cocktails and they were all very good. We will definitely return.

Spent a delightful couple of days exploring the charming city of Prague, where the locals were warm and hospitable. Our room was tastefully arranged with lovely furnishings, and the breakfast spread was outstanding, especially the perfectly cooked omelette. The hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our stay truly memorable. What a wonderful experience!

Myself and my husband just returned from a four night stay an I was not disappointed. This is a great hotel and also in an excellent location. We stayed in a very spacious suite with the most comfortable bed. The staff are very helpful and friendly, restaurant staff, reception staff, cleaners and concierge Baliel, I've probably not spelled that correctly, he was so helpful and friendly. The food was excellent breakfast and dinner and service were also excellent. The hairdryer is one of the best I've used in a hotel. I've stayed in some of the best hotels and the hairdryers have been dreadful it really does help when you don't have to keep your finger on the button to dry long hair!! I would certainly recommend this hotel and would love to return

Fantastic stay! Service was excellent, especially Billel. He was so friendly and hospitable. He helped with directions, tips and restaurant recommendations. We stayed in a Superior Twin and it was great. Ample room, loved the second half bathroom. Beautiful decor and comfy beds.

Speedy and very polite Service, excellent food, room service in a moment, luxury bedding, bell service fast and handle your bags with care. Balil from bell service amazed us with the way he was able to pack our car with way more bags than should have fit, and of course, with a smile!!!
