ANGLIČTINA At this hotel, I was together with my family and it was a nice start to the new year. Beautiful accommodation, great location and very friendly staff. A cozy bar and a very good toast with chicken ham. In the new year we will definitely come back here. Thank you

Rooms were amazing, view spectacular, great location, staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. They changed money for us, gave us directions and ideas of places to visit. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to everyone. We will be definitely be back.

Looking for a city-trip around Xmas we discovered this nice hotel. Very easy to reach by public transport (by the way: very good in Prague!) from the airport. It is situated on a good location on the "small side" of the town, but outside the overcrowded streets to the castle and Karlov bridge, and all interesting places on both side...

Staff were friendly but serious technical problem not solved the first night. Without an alternative solution. The staff said that the hotel was full and it was impossible to change the room or hotel at 10 PM

Front desk staff was more than accommodating for all our needs like booking cars, making reservations, lending electrical adapters, giving directions. The hotel is a quick 5 minute walk from the subway station, but enough twists and turns away that the crowds heading for Prague Castle don't pass by it. The views from the hotel are simply amazing. The complimentary...

Lovely hotel. Hotel staff was friendly, warm, and helpful. Hotel staff was very professional. I received an escort to my hotel room on the fifth floor. My hotel room was lovely and quiet. Hotel interior was well decorative. The hotel has two elevators. Breakfast menu changes daily, from buffet to menu items selection. Dinner menu contains a variety of choices....

I appreciate that 5 star in Prague does not equate to the UK standard of 5 star, but even with a fair stretch of the imagination, this Hotel does not come close. Probably closer to 2 star. I had a Superior double room, and there was nothing superior about it, albeit clean, it was ver small. The bathroom was tiny,...

We stayed at the hotel saturday-monday. The location of the hotel and the rooms were good. As well as the cleaning. But that was shadowed by the horrendous service we got from the staff in the lobby. The cad our friends ordered was 20 min late so they almost missed their flight. The breakfast was really bad on sunday morning...

Dear Mr. Jonas. we do not understand why you rated our hotel by one star/point, when you were appreciating the location of our hotel, clean and nice rooms. You were complaining about the supplementary charge, but it is considered as normal for "walk-in" breakfast. Where you can invite your guests for breakfast and don’t have to pay? However, if you...

Staying in Mala Strana (Little Quarter)

Neighbourhood Profile
Mala Strana (Little Quarter)
Malá Strana is one of the oldest and the most beautiful neighbourhoods in the city. Nestled underneath Prague Castle it was once a part of the Kings route taken by future kings on their way to coronation - originating in the Old Town, crossing Charles Bridge and leading to Saint Vitus Cathedral. Cobblestone streets are lined with picturesque medieval houses, remarkable palaces, churches, kitsch shops and restaurants. Do not hesitate to turn a corner into any narrow street. You will suddenly find yourself in a calm and charming neighbourhood full of hidden gardens, parks with peacocks, fruit trees and ponds. As the neighbourhood is a home to Czech Parliament and many ministries, you can also run into well-dressed officials. If you are thirsty or hungry, it is the right place to be. Restaurants offer delicious traditional food and of course, the best Czech beers.
