I must say after staying in many hostels this may be my favourite one in the world. the staff are so nice, the rooms are clean. of course there are some draw backs like small showers , but these things do not matter so much when you are made to feel so welcome. This hostel is perfectly situated near all...

Ok, I am not going to write about a location, they have THE one. It can be loud, from the corridors - but have it in mind it is a big hostel - and specially from the streets - but when you found out what kind of city Prague is and where the hostel is located - stop complaining and...

I spent 2 nights in a room for 6 people with friends. The rooms were very clean and everything was in a good condition. Sadly, the room didn't have a safe. The people working there were really nice and helpful. The bathrooms were clean, but it's a little bit difficult to take a shower, first of all because they are...

The hostel location was a 1 minute walk from the main square, and a less than 10 minute walk to the Charles Bridge, Wenceslas Square, and train station. The staff were friendly enough and the kitchen was somewhat small, but never too busy so that was fine. They're breakfast seemed minimal but they give you a yummy sandwich that you...

Located near the old town square and wenceslas square, this is definitely a "plus" for all visitors. The only inconvenient is that this hostel do not accept Euros nor take in any card payments. As such, i had to walk and hunt for the favourable money exchange meaning a time loss for me to do some simple sightseeing. Overall the...

The only positive thing is the location. The hostel is located near the Old Town, and near to many attractions. However, the staffs weren't much friendly. They also told they accepted only Czech Koruna, but they didn't tell or announce early before arriving, and I saw the information that they accept euro, so we didn't prepare Czech Koruna for the...

This hostel is located very close to old prague square, and can not be beaten on location. Everything is within walking distance; restaurants, bars, & tourist attractions. Taxi from the airport cost 700crowns. On arrival at the hostel the remaining balance of 8000crowns was payable, however visa wasn't accepted; thus meaning i had to walk the street of Prague late...

Every staff member I met was amazing and so helpful. The bathrooms were small, but clean, and I found the bunk-beds pretty comfortable. Nice common area with couches to hangout in. The location is actually perfect. It's exactly where you want to be! You can't go wrong staying here.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
