Nestled in a prime location, Mosaic House Design Hotel garners praise for its comfortable and stylish accommodations, with a particular focus on the rooms' modernity and comfort despite their occasionally compact size. The hotel's commitment to cleanliness is widely recognized, with guests noting the spotless environment. The warm and inviting atmosphere, combined with the friendly and attentive staff, contributes to an exceptional guest experience.
While the hotel's value is generally appreciated, a few guests point out that some additional charges can be on the higher side. However, the quiet rooms with effective soundproofing are a highlight for many, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Couldn’t recommend this hotel any more. It’s absolutely gorgeous, 15 minute walk from all the sights and the breakfast was great. Staff were super friendly and helpful, and we were gutted when we had to leave. I would say, without doubt, book a room with a balcony. The mushroom lights were so magical, and sitting out in the snow with a drink was lovely. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful three night stay at this lovely hotel. Well located in the New Town for exploring Prague on foot, but close to tram stops if you want to travel further afield.
We were in a standard room, small but perfectly adequate. We requested a quiet location, and were given a room at the rear of the property, which we found very quiet. Daily housekeeping. Super clean bathroom and bedroom, comfortable bed and great quality bed linens. We had a shower over bath, which was powerful and easy to adjust. We liked the thoughtful addition of a Bluetooth speaker in the room.
On our last morning, we had a late breakfast (a Saturday, so it felt more like a brunch). They provided a great selection of hot and cold breakfast food, lovely fresh pastries and fruit. Loved the music selection quietly played in the cafe. Friendly and efficient reception staff. There is a beautiful and thoughtfully styled ground floor cafe for drinks and tempting pasties, this is a really lovely, chilled, hanging-out area. Immediately outside the hotel, there is a small taxi waiting area for safe drop-off/pick-up.
A couple of minor suggestions - hooks behind the bathroom door and larger bedside tables would be so useful.
Totally recommend this fabulous hotel to anyone visiting Prague, and would be very happy to stay here again on future visits to this beautiful city.

Hotel ideally located, close to tourist areas (15 min walk to the old town or the Charles Bridge, 10 min walk to Mala Strana, 5 min walk to the tram which goes directly to the castle or accesses the metro in 1 stop. ...) The staff is charming, attentive, responsive and efficient for all services at reception (shuttles, taxis, reservations, ticket printing, etc.) attentive to the wishes of guests (cafe, breakfast restaurant, etc.) . The rooms are comfortable, nicely decorated, all a little personalized with books, paintings, lighting... a kettle and a Nespresso machine (shop in town for those addicted to their favorite capsules), well-stocked minibar, safe with socket, TV with multitude of channels or just a wood fire movie, Bose speaker... really everything to feel almost at home! The bathroom is spacious, quality toiletries in large, very convenient bottles, shower with good pressure... Double glazing, very quiet room, comfortable bed, many pillows, warm duvet, a bit small ;-) The breakfast buffet (see photos) is incredible, always well stocked, whatever you like.... that's it! full of types of breads, cereals, fruits, dairy products, pastries but also eggs, cold meats, cheeses, savory tarts, sausages, tomatoes, potatoes....and many other foods! impossible to test everything in a week! The café bar is warm, cozy decor and library on the mezzanine with reading area. We didn't even have time to try the gym and spa, that will be for next time. In short, we were 10 friends for a 5-day stay, we were all delighted with our choice of hotel. We all highly recommend!

The Mosaic café on the ground floor is a real place, still alive, as comfortable as it is graphic. A cozy and very well decorated room, a real cocoon. Many details make the rooms very comfortable (such as this night light that lights up when you enter the bathroom at night, decanters of still and sparkling water, a Böse speaker, a valet to drop off clothes etc). Top location to reach on foot a large number of sites of interest. Staff very professional and adorable. However, the spa is by reservation only and it is better to anticipate (surcharge).

Beautiful hotel in the center of Prague; Convenient to reach every attraction on foot. The room is spacious and bright, ours had a private balcony, which overlooked the city, with a table to relax outside. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows soft; in the bathroom there was everything you need to wash: shampoo, conditioner, liquid soap and body cream; and the hairdryer. Slippers were also provided to stay in the room and bathrobe. Highly recommended!
For a fee you could use the SPA, sauna, massages and the restaurant

We were in Prague for the first time and loved it!!! The wonderful Mosaic House also contributed a lot: the location, the staff, our room, the breakfast, the free rental bikes... Where should I start? The location is great! There are many restaurants nearby and you are quick to the beautiful Vltava. We borrowed bikes from the hotel and were so much freer than just walking (at 33 degrees and no clouds in the sky). This is a great way to explore the city. The staff at the hotel were always very friendly and accommodating. We really liked the Secret Garden, too. My husband loved the fitness area! Our room was on the 6th floor with an adorable balcony that was colorfully planted and very well maintained. We particularly noticed the lighting at night when entering the bath. Someone once thought: Instead of bright light, a restrained afterlight goes on👍🏼 We would love to come back and can heartily recommend the hotel!

Maybe my expectations were too high because of their great ratings and finally my overall experience was quite good with some minor issues...
Generally speaking all staff members (including housekeeping) were polite but not as welcoming as I was expecting, never taking the initiative to greeting you with a smile, also at breakfast when pressure was not high.
That being said, room was nice and clean, with minor issues (the sliding mirror of the wardrobe was blocked and the room was quite cold), that were later resolved. Please be aware that the shower floor is very slippery and may be dangerous if you don't pay grat attention.
Breakfast has a good variety and its quality is high, the area is quite narrow and with few tables.
Last but not least, my experiecne at their lobby bar (there is no separate lobby) was not very positive. The day of my arrival I was wondering if they had some fresh fruit or a jogurt bowl (it was 4.00 pm) and the looked at me as I were an "alien", even though they had a great basket of oranges and jogurt offered for brunch. No proactivity at all, unless a "the reaturant will open at 5.00 and "you" can ask there...( ?) .
The day after, while waiting for my taxi, the servants were honestly too pushy in sales, unless there is no ather place (lobby) to wait. Non smiling faces also here.
By the way, location is really great and the level of maintenance through out the whole bulding is very good.

Everything was truly perfect, from start to finish. The room is very cute and is quiet. Special mention for the Bose speaker which is a real plus. The bathroom was a decent size and the walk-in shower was amazing. The toiletries available smell super good. The staff is very friendly and speaks English very well. Breakfast at the hotel café is a real treat. The hotel's geographical location allows you to quickly reach the old town on foot and no public transport is necessary. I recommend this hotel 200%

The Mosaic House Design Hotel was such an incredible find for a recent trip my wife and I made to Prague. The hotel itself offers so much - an inviting lobby/cafe/hangout area where you can have a coffee/pastry/alcoholic drink and enjoy the space. There is an accompanying restaurant space that serves as the breakfast area in the morning. The morning breakfasts were great - very extensive with savory and sweet items. Our room, a Comfort Room, was very spacious for the two of us and had a number of décor elements that made it special. The heated bathroom floor was a pleasant surprise, especially since we were visiting in December. The hotel also has a spa and we enjoyed a Relaxing Couples Massage at the spa on our last day of the trip.
The hotel location is great for seeing all the sites of Prague. Many of them are within walking distance of the hotel. There are tram stops within a couple of blocks of the hotel, and those are very convenient for traveling throughout the city.
But it was the hotel personnel that really put this hotel over the top. From the time of check-in to the time of check-out, all of the personnel that I dealt with were very professional and cordial. When I was setting up a very early morning transfer to the airport, the hotel staff took care of all the arrangements and then made sure the restaurant staff had some boxed breakfasts available for us the next morning to eat before our flight. These small touches always stand out!

Absolutely stunning. People, cleanliness, location. Design. Very well updated. It has been a pleasure to be here. WLAN very good. The only thing to be improved is the bar. Limited choices. If you provide high quality Gln do not use Schweppes as tonic. Breakfast great.

We stayed in a Comfort room and there was a very good hairdryer in the room. I can't say if there are hairdryers in the Standard rooms but I suspect there will be, or if not, the extremely helpful hotel staff would be able to organise one for you. Hope that helps
