Absolutely loved this hotel. For a very cheap getaway to Prague this hotel is ideal. I was expecting basics and was pleasantly surprised. The place has a nice feel to it. It's not in the centre but it's got such good transport links that it doesn't matter. Breakfast is served in the basement and it was very nicely done. If...

Not the 4* as advertised, however it is clean and comfortable. It only has breakfast facilities, no other option for dining, you have to go out for that. It is not in the centre of Prague, it's about 30 minutes walk to the Old Town Square. The reception staff are friendly, especially the gentleman that was on the reception on...

This hotel is small, friendly, immaculately clean and very good value. We booked on a Wowcher break but the number of Czech people staying indicates that the regular tariff is good value even for locals. Typical of small European hotels expect simple food at breakfast - pastries, toast, cheese (cold meats or cold boiled eggs if you wanted them), fruits,...

A good hotel very close to tram and metro station. The room is comfortable and warm even with -15 outdoor temberature. The recepionist both are very nice, kind and helpful. The only problem was the breakfast, was not so fresh and the only variety was at the bread. They have just one kind of jam which seemw like stawberry and one kind of ham and cheese.Also...

It has been a few times I stayed in the hotel and still I was pretty sattisfied. But the room number 205 we got was the least convenient from the previous ones. When we arrived the room was overheated (bathroom was a sauna), but there is a control so you can easily adjust it. The room gets some funny sounds...

The hotel was soo inexpensive, we stayed for three days. The room was really big with a gorgeous and gigantic bed and a beautiful bathroom. Very nice interior design. The breakfast was suprisingly good and the staff was very friendly. Couldn't recommend it more especially because it is soo central

We visited hotel Trevi for 3 nights on 13th December. Hotel kindly arranged hotel transfer, 27euro. Hotel was basic, tiny reception area, no bar, no restaurant. Tea/coffee making area beside reception. Room 402 was spacious, with a little balcony, king bed and single. Filled fridge, and inexpensive drinks/snacks. Good shower in bathroom, very clean facilities. Breakfast was poor, served in...

This hotel is perfect for a short trip to Prague. So close to all methods of transport. The breakfast has a good selection. The rooms are just what you need for to sleep in. If I returned to Prague I will stay here again! Reception easy to check in and out and helpful!

Hotel was clean, comfortable and warm on an extremely cold trip. Nearby in Namesti Miru was a small Christmas Market. There are plenty of places to eat ranging from local dishes to fast food outlets. We heard the rumble of trams but they were not intrusive. The area has metro, tram and bus stops so it was easy to get...

Originally booked this as part of an 'Easyjet Holidays' package for £85 so we weren't expecting much. However, on arrival, the hotel beat expectations. The hotel is just off Peace Square [Náměstí Míru] which is full of restaurants and a metro and tram stop. The hotel itself looks like a converted apartment block so it has a nice older feel...

Staying in Vinohrady & Vrsovice

Neighbourhood Profile
Vinohrady & Vrsovice
Compared to the medieval heart of Prague, this neighbourhood standing on former vineyards developed very quickly in the first decades of the 19th century. Today, it is the place where everyone wants to live, and those who do, are proud of it. With its amazing parks, classicist houses, terrace cafés, artsy bars, cozy restaurants, markets, and vintage and trendy shops, it is a home for people from all around the world. This area blends expats, families, bohemian students and Prague’s hip community. It is a great place for breakfast in the morning, the best lunch places and a buzzing night life. After sundown, stroll down to Vršovice, the new center of the hipster, alternative and gay scenes in Prague.
