We were looking for this hotel more than 1.5 hours. No any billboard, no any info. The rooms are small, and in some of them they put 3(!) beds. The personal is not so hospitable.. From the other side - good place to get the center with public transport. The team stop in 1 min.from the hotel. The hotel is...

It was a huge mistake to choose this hotel. It says it's a 3-star hotel but 2-star would be too much. Where to start... First of all the reception is in the third floor. There is an elevator but only 2 people can go with it. The smell in the whole building is bad. The rooms are very old and...

Positive points: the employees and receptionists were extremely nice, professional, helpful, honest and spoke good English. The breakfast was copious and decent, nothing fancy but lots of bread, jam, milk, different sorts of cornflakes, coffee, tea, etc. The beds were comfortable. The location was good, not very far from the city center and close to the tram. And, of course,...

the hotel is OK! the service was friendly and helpful. the location is good, though about 4km from the old city - the trem station is 300m away. breakfast was more then enough for me (see picture and/or specifications at the end of this review) every thing written is true - the sheets and towels are clean though the room...

We took a trip for 3 days to Prague. We wanted to experience what the city has to offer so we choose this hotel based on the price and distance from landmark attractions. Hotel is located on the shores of Vltava River, near a tramway station which offers a quick transfer to the old town historic attractions. Price for the...

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel, the staff on reception were helpful and friendly and the room had a nice view of the river. The room got quite hot as it was noisy to have the window open and there was no air conditioning and we had a couple of big black spiders sharing with us but the bed was...

We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and it was terrible. It's located near very noisy street, so it's completely doesn't matter if you have a "river view" room or "street view" room, still it's very noisy. Very dirty rooms, beds are very very comfortable (after the first night I had a bad backache). Staff was ok, but then...

We stayed for three nights over new years. It was a fantastic location to the tram system. The overall cleanliness wasn't the best. The staff were friendly. The lift up, works, Lol don't stand to close to the missing inside door. There was a large buffet breakfast.

We have stayed in this hotel for three night during our trip to Prague and we were satisfied with it. The staff are very friendly, room was clean. This hotel has very good access to the city centre, the trams nr. 3 and 17 go approximately every five minutes.

It is a bit daunting on first sight - and the lift is quite an experience! Press the wrong button and nothing happens. Press the black button (rather than the direction button as in England) and the lift arrives. Pull open the door, and you are in. Just the one door, so you are very aware of being propelled up...
