We stayed at the Intercontinental Prague for 3 nights during February. From the moment we arrived we were looked after by an outstanding team who ensured our stay was first class. Our bedroom suite was beautiful and spacious with a lovely view of the river. It was extremely clean and well maintained and very comfortable. We would have no hesitation...

Very good breakfast (including Chinese food)! Tea and coffee in the room. Umbrella is available in the room. Walking distance (10 minutes) from Karlov bridge and from shopping centers. Good restaurants are available around.

Location is excellent! Hotel is right next to a metro/train station which gets you into the centre of Prague in no time. Room was a bit small and we were disappointed that we were given a twin room when we requested a double. View from the room was beautiful and could see over the city. Seems very popular for coach...

Liked the food and quality, friendliness of staff. Location is next to perfect on the river banks and in the old city. The overall impression is that this hotel is older and a bit outdated on style amd design. One can also say it is traditional. Rooms are spacious and complete. Breakfast buffet is a treat.

The location is fantastic, right on the spot for kosher eating guests as the chanad sinagogue and restaurants are one minute away. The hotel is very clean. All stuff are friendly and the bar is great. All and all we loved it.

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
