Great time staying for a week in Prague. Room is very clean, toilet & shower are immaculate, pillows are plump and bed is comfortable.

I loved this hotel. I wasn't expecting much from a Hilton but the Art Deco styling and refurbished room was fantastic. The bed was really comfortable and the room amenities were good with kettle, iron, hairdryer, decent desk and sitting area.

My mother stayed here last week with my sister on a short trip. They were treated extremely badly at check in because they had the nerve to ask for executive lounge access that comes with Diamond membership. The hotel was contacted multiple times by guest...More
Enjoyed our stay at the Hilton. Clean, accommodating staff, good breakfast in downstairs restaurant, Executive Lounge was nice for a quick breakfast and afternoon/evening snacking and sipping. Only thing we don't like is that there is no sheet between fitted sheet and heavy comforter, so...More

Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town
or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
It was a decent fitness center, but didn't have as much equipment variety as the photos seem to show. I didn't have to pay extra fee. We did so much walking in the city that I almost didn't need to use the gym!

Hello, first let me say that you will love your stay at the Prague Old Town! Next let me say you will get all the benefits of being a diamond member while you are there! The executive lounge there is very nice! As far as the room is concerned, it is really easy, if there is a room available when you check in you will certain get it, if there isn't you won't. It isn't magic, that is how it works at all the Hiltons. They will also upgrade you should a room become available. We have stayed at many many Hiltons worldwide and are Diamond members. This is simply how it works. And, I can't think of it working any other way. You will have a great time in Prague and will love the Hilton Prague Old Town!
