I stayed here 3 nights for a conference of my company. The hotel is in an exceptional location, a 10-minute walk from Old Town Square, surrounded by bars and services. The room I was given, on the fourth floor, despite not being huge was really nice and equipped with all amenities. A small hallway welcomes us, once you enter, the bathroom with large shower is on the left while the double bed is in front of you. In the room there is also room for an armchair and a coffee table with armchair. The air conditioning works perfectly and once switched off there is not the slightest noise in the room. You sleep very well, in silence and darkness. Sanitary works perfectly and when there was a problem with the water, throughout the area, staff took prompt action to plug the problem. Breakfast and lunches at the hotel all excellent, fresh and well cooked raw materials. The conference area is very functional and snacks provided during breaks all very greedy. If I really have to find a note, despite being an HHonors Diamond customer, I have not been granted any benefits. But it was a Group Reservation so who knows what messed up the agency that booked...

Absolutely faultless stay at the Hilton Prague Old Town. We stayed 4 nights. Ideally located for all main attractions which are in walking distance. Hotel and rooms spotless. Attention to detail was fantastic including decent magnifying mirror in the bathroom on the wall and main mirror which didn’t mist up on using shower. Hairdryer and iron available in room, and tea and coffee etc and complimentary large bottle of water every day.
Courtesy call twice during our stay to check if we were satisfied with room cleaning.
Hotel has a decent gym and the sauna and pool were great too.
We were b and b only so cannot comment on other meals but the breakfast was everything and more, and included cooked, continental, omelettes made to order, pastries, cereals, fruit and salad vegetables, breads, nuts, seeds, dried fruit, porridge, waffles, even chia pudding and Bircher muesli, and sparkling wine as well as tea, coffee, juices etc.
Staff attentive and very pleasant; nothing was too much trouble.
We were located on the 8th floor and never heard any noise from other guests.
Very good supermarket across the road from the hotel if needed.
Possibly the best hotel we have ever stayed in and would highly recommend and we would definitely stay there again if we returned to Prague.

A lot to digest? Read an AI-generated summary of recent traveller reviews.
The room and hotel itself was really clean and comfortable. We loved the bathroom which was luxurious and had a great shower. The provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion are of great quality and smell really good too.
We visited for the Christmas markets, and there was a small set up just a few hundred yards from the hotel, which if you don’t want the hustle and bustle of the main market was great. The hotel itself was decorated really well for Christmas and made us feel the magic of the season, particularly with the fireplace in the lobby on the evening.
The food and drinks in the hotel were good. Drinks were really well priced and there was a good variety on the menu. The coffee machine in the breakfast area made a decent coffee, which was more than could be said for the pot coffee at breakfast, which was cold.
Honestly breakfast was a let down. There wasn’t great variety, and the bread and pastries were hard. I would recommend you skip breakfast at the hotel and just buy it in a local cafe instead.
In our room the wardrobe had a musty smell which made us not want to hang clothes in there, and the TV would turn off randomly whilst watching. We also couldn’t use the guide due to a “maintenance” message that would come up. The channels were good on the TV when it was on though.
Overall a good stay but maybe skip breakfast.

Dear kvtemadden, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback about your recent stay with us. We truly appreciate your honesty and are glad to hear that many aspects of your visit were enjoyable. It is wonderful to know that you found our rooms clean and comfortable and that you appreciated the luxurious bathroom and high-quality toiletries. We are also delighted that our festive decorations, particularly the cozy fireplace in the lobby, helped create a magical atmosphere for your Christmas market visit. We are pleased that you enjoyed the food and drinks at our hotel and found the beverage prices reasonable. However, I am sorry to learn that the breakfast did not meet your expectations. Your comments regarding the coffee pot and pastries are invaluable. We will share this feedback with our culinary team to ensure improvements are made. I regret to hear about the issues with the wardrobe’s odor and the issue with TV in your room. These details are certainly not up to the standard we strive to provide. I have passed your feedback to our housekeeping manager to address these matters promptly. I deeply apologize for inconvenience with the TV we are aware of and hardly work on the update. While it is reassuring that you had an overall positive stay, we are committed to addressing the areas where we fell short. Your feedback inspires us to make necessary adjustments and provide a more seamless experience for our future guests. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and exceed your expectations in the future. Please do not hesitate to contact me directly at rene.vala@hilton.com if there is anything I can assist you with for your next visit. Best regards, Rene Vala Front Office Manager

We recently stayed for a four night break, hotel in general is impeccable with obvious great attention to detail in all areas. Unfortunately our stay was very much less enjoyable due to being unable to control the heating within the room. Temperature in the room at night was far too warm for us, even with the window open, albeit this made it too noisy with outside noise but we had no other choice. Room is sold with air conditioning, this doesn’t appear to be the case in winter when we discussed with reception. Not being able to control the temperature is a big issue for us hence we chose a 5 star hotel with air conditioning. We felt somewhat misled. We were constantly drained for the whole of our stay due to minimal sleep. This was such a shame as we were looking forward to this break for some time. Location of the hotel is excellent and most other aspects of the hotel are excellent but be warned if going in winter season.

As long standing Diamond members and regular Hilton guests worldwide, we found the Hilton Prague Old Town to be a fantastic Hilton in Europe with an outstanding location. The team at check in were very friendly and professional, in particular Rene and Meeriam who were there to help us throughout our stay. Luan in the restaurant and Anna in the Executive Lounge were both extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we were well looked after. The housekeeping team on our floor also deserve a special thank you as they always ensured our room was cleaned to the highest standard and brought anything we needed to our room faster than we have ever experienced in any other Hilton! We will definitely be returning to this hotel, not only because of the excellent location, but more so because of the welcome and immense warmth shown by the Tanya and her team.

We visited the hotel as part of a short trip. Very good location! The entire old town can be reached within 15-20 minutes on foot, an ideal starting point. Many restaurants, cafes and museums are just around the corner. The underground car park is public opposite the hotel, very large parking spaces with surveillance - but prices are like in Berlin. Hotel guests could have been given a discount here. Rooms are classy, probably recently renovated.
A pianist greeted us on Friday evening, all in all warm and great!

This was our second stay here and it was another excellent visit.
The hotel is ideally situated for both the Old Town and also public transport with tram and metro stops literally a few steps away.
We had booked a family suite on the 8th Floor. As there were three of us the sofa in the “living area” was converted into a second bedroom which kind of defeated the point of having a suite but given that we were out and about all day it wasn’t really a big deal - just something to be aware of.
We visited the Executive Lounge each evening and there’s a pretty decent selection of snacks and drinks available. The lounge did get busy but we always managed to get a seat. Staff were very friendly and made sure to let everyone know when the Happy Hour was ending so people could get a final drink etc. The only downside to one visit was an unruly family who let their kids run riot in the lounge - but that’s a parenting problem, not a hotel one.
We at the buffet breakfast each morning in the restaurant. It was very busy each day but the staff did a really good job keeping the buffet stocked and clearing away plates etc. The buffet itself has a good selection of both cold and hot offerings. You won’t go hungry.
Staff are all fluent English speakers and everyone we interacted with was friendly and professional.
One real perk was the bottled water. It was replenished every day and the hotel provides litre bottles which given the heat and humidity was really welcomed.
The only minor gripe would be the seemingly poor selection of white wines in the bar. We only drank there one evening so perhaps we got unlucky?
Overall we had a brilliant stay! We’d highly recommend this hotel and we’d absolutely stay here again should we visit Prague in the future.

We recently stayed two nights at this hotel. Our trip to Prague was planned only a few hours before departure, and because we could take advantage of staff travel, we only booked the hotel when we were sure of a flight. As a result, we booked this hotel only three hours before arrival.
Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and thanked for our loyalty (Hilton Gold). The check-in process was professional, and we were given some tips for dining options in the city.
The room was small but nice. The queen-size bed was a bit narrow, but due to the late booking, we accepted the fact that there were fewer choices available for hotel rooms. The bed slept excellently! The ninth (executive) floor is very quiet and calm.
Both mornings, we enjoyed breakfast in the room. It was delivered promptly and was very extensive, fresh, and warm. We enjoyed it.
In the bar, we had a delicious cocktail. It was made with enthusiasm and attention to detail and tasted excellent!
The hotel is conveniently located in the city, making all the highlights easily accessible on foot. If you don't feel like walking too far, you can easily use the public transportation network in the city. In the evenings, we used taxis at very reasonable rates (we used Bolt for this).
We highly recommend this Hilton hotel!

I have Hilton Gold status. I made a reservation through the official Hilton app. We received an upgrade and free breakfast for both adults and children aged 2 and 10. This hotel has very friendly staff. And it goes without saying that the most important part is the facilities. It definitely feels like a new hotel, as if it has been remodeled. It's a shame that Hilton hotels in Europe don't provide free bottled water, but this hotel provided a large bottle of free bottled water, so I could drink it without worrying about the water. And most importantly, the breakfast buffet includes an amazing salmon salad and free prosecco. It takes 5-7 minutes to walk to the Astronomical Clock. Even after leaving the hotel, I want to remember it as a place I want to go to again and again.

When we were there in Mid August they had a lovely buffet breakfast. You could order made to order omelets and I think my husband even ordered an eggs benedict that were included in the buffet price. It was a great breakfast every morning.
