Overall Excellent value for money. The best part of our stay was the staff: you could tell they were helping to make our stay enjoyable. Breakfast was nice with a nice buffet and a fruit based "energy drinks". We tried massages at the spa and they were nice. The room was very quiet and comfy. You can purchase tickets for...

We stayed two people in this hotel and we were very happy with our choice! The prices are really value for money for the rooms and the services, the location is right in the heart of the historic centre.I would definently suggest staying in this hotel-gem!

I was due to stay in the Hotel Josef, however due to building work (and after a sincere apology) I was moved to its sister hotel, Maximilian. And I was massively impressed! There were little touches such as robes, converter plugs, umbrellas to borrow, and even a goldfish that was available to pet-loving guests, that excelled this hotel above other...

Hotel Maximilian is without a doubt one of the best hotels I've ever been to in Europe. Great value for money: centrally located, clean rooms, good service and utterly delicious breakfast. The goldfish in our room was definitely the cherry on the cake! I highly recommend to everyone visiting Prague.

The is the best hotel I've ever stayed at anywhere in the world. The room was great and the service was top notch. The hotel is also ideally located to explore Prague by day or night. I was in Prague just overnight for business and some shopping. The hotel is easy to reach on the tram from the train station - a plus for me. It was not a long walk to the more touristed areas - yet this neighborhood seems more a going-out area for locals. The hotel room was lovely, had all that one...

That's about all we look for in a hotel and this one came through with flying colors! We loved having the fish in the room, and the modern design of the hotel - it all pulled together very nicely. Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
