I chose the Lippert based on existing reviews and the location. I'm glad I did! The location is brilliant, right in the Old Town Square, adjacent to the Town Hall Clock and right on the edge of the Christmas markets. It is also a very short walk to Charles Bridge. The hotel is very clean, and has a 24 hour...

Right on the main square of old town, we had a view right across the square which included the Christmas tree - stunning - we were extremely happy. Very busy holiday crowd outside did not cause any noise problems. Easy short stroll to many excellent restaurants and major tourist attractions. The room was a great size, bathroom was smallish but...

Great location and very comfy rooms. the elevator is quite small but sure you can carry up your luggage or send it over the mini elevator. Not amazing buffet but not bad. Clean and polite service. If I go back to Prague I would definitively try to book this hotel again!

The hotel is nice, has got some old feel in it and the staff is really polite and friendly: they smile a lot :) the breakfast was ok: maybe because we went there in the last hour (due to the late flight and late night...

Hotel Lippert is a very cozy family-run hotel in the middle of the old town...The location is just perfect...the rooms are large and very clean...the staff and service are so much better in every aspect, in comparison to many same level hotels... They have a lovely restaurant and cafe, too... It's a smart choice in Prague,if you are looking for...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
