Value for money. We were hopeful of a clean bed and a shower for the price we paid. We were pleasantly surprised. Room dated but clean. Good shower with clean towels and room service every day. Location was perfect, old town within easy walking distance and tram and train station next door. Twenty four hour reception. Looks a bit rough outside but you get over that! Great continental free breakfast with cereals.
Went for a city break with my husband and friends. We booked two rooms. On arrival we were in the roof space, rooms clean shower hot and breakfast good. Wish they had a kettle in the room. Also breakfast has no toaster. So we just had bread. Maybe a British thing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all a goof stay.
Hotel is less than 10 minute walk both from Praha hlavní nádraží train station and old town square. There’s no aircon in the room but still ok since we stayed during the winter period. Heater is working well in our room and our room is always made up during our entire stay. Our room was quiet too so we managed to sleep well. I can say it’s worth it’s price given that we stayed during christmas. Breakfast is also decent and servers are attentive. It was busy but they are prompt in clearing plates and refilling the breakfast food. There signage in the door is not that conspicuous so it took us quite a time to find the hotel as there was no other signage. It might be challenge if you are arriving the evening just like us. Overall, the staff are okay and i will consider staying here again. …
Stayed here for the Christmas markets. It’s very basic but clean and warm. No frilly stuff like hair dryers or kettles in the rooms. Think you can borrow hair dryers from somewhere though. Safe rental is at reception which manned 24/7. Staff were all pleasant. Food was a typical continental breakfast. The hotel is approx 10 minutes walk from old town square.
Basic hotel, but it is all you need if like us (2+3 year old) just going to stay there for the night and enjoy the city during the day. Stayed there for 3 nights. No air con as this is historical building. Its next to train station and I (not my wife or son) was waken up 6am every day. Breakfast is basic but ok its a buffet so you can eat as much as you can.Proximity (less than 10 min walk) to Old Town makes it perfect place for a budget stay in beautiful Prague.
