I would agree with previous reviews. The room is dated( very) decor wise, but was comfortable, clean and warm, no noise either. There’s a kettle and cups no tea/ coffee though, we had to take tea bags from breakfast. Fully stocked mini bar. The restaurant was ok staff very good food ok. Bar was good for 2 nights but had a different waiter on our last night and it was a poor experience. He was rushed. Said it was nearly closing time but he would get our order but it was poor.. cocktail badly made, coffee cold and asked for still water but got sparkling. Previous bartender was very good( did not get name.. location convenient for tram and airport. Upstairs bar is lovely but had trouble getting up with key card.. eventually worked. So mixed feelings all in all.

The hotel was beautiful with an art deco decor. The reception area had plenty of comfortable sofas and seating. Our room was quite large and very clean. Beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and there was lots of space for storage of our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. So much choice and always replenished. The tram stop is 1 minutes walk. The reception provided a great map and tram stop details. It was so easy to follow. It took about 10 - 15 minutes to get into the main city of Prague. There’s a mini supermarket, wine bar and a pizza place close to the hotel - within 2 minutes walk. My only criticism of the hotel was the reception should keep a stock of coffee/tea/sugar/creamer for the hotel room. There wasn’t enough for a stay and the maid didn’t replenish them daily. Small criticism but sometimes a hot drink in the evening is needed. Would definitely stay again.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Male at reception checking in was lovely and very helpful. It all went down hill from there. The rooms do not look like the pictures advertised. Dated, damp smelling rooms. No plugs next to bed. Room was crawling with lady bugs, on the first day we had to get rid of 20+ but they just kept coming back. On the 2nd morning we went to reception and let them know of the lady bug's and if it was possible we could be moved room. The woman was not helpful, quite rude and abrupt and we were told every where in Prague has lady bugs just now. We did not see one lady bug the whole 5 days we were in Prague other than in our hotel room. The woman said she would send housekeeping up, we went out for the day returned almost 8 hours later and housekeeping were only just in tidying the room. They did not do anything every day other than make the bed. There was also ants in the bathroom. This hotel really put a damper on our trip to Prague.

The hotel was 20 mins from the airport and cost 48 CZK return. My Initial thoughts were this hotel has been very grand in it’s day, it does depend on the individuals taste the main hotel architecture was lovely, but the rooms were very tired and dated for my taste, the carpets on the 6th floor hallways had bleach stains on. The restaurant was perfect, catered for all, I could not fault the breakfasts or the staff. The outside gardens were beautiful. The sky bar was very nice though tiny and the drink choice is limited, it had lovely views of the city and was open 5pm-11pm (Hotel/bars also preferred you to pay in Euros). The location is a tram ride (10 mins) out of the old town, trams run very regular and are about 140 CZK for 24hr ticket, you pay at the tram stop using contactless, the tram stops are practically on the door step. There is also a pizza shop over the road from the hotel open until 4am (lovely pizzas) Big downside for me was on my first night a cockroach or a very large shell like bug ran over my foot and under the bed, on looking under the bed to catch it, it was clear that under the bed had not been cleaned recently, rubbish and a used towel could be seen underneath, I reported this the 3 days of my stay, each day I was promised it would be cleaned on our return each night it wasn’t. I know the bug was probably long gone but I struggled to relax in the room and was scared to put my bare feet down on the very patterned carpet in case I stood on a bug, I literally wrapped myself up like cocoon on the bed to sleep and wore socks continually. The room lighting was also very dim, also lots of switches made it hard to figure out which was for what light. We spent very limited time in the room, though it did have everything you would need for your stay, the tv had English channels the towels and bedding was spotless and apart from me not being able to relax the beds were comfortable. For me I was not happy with the response of the staff regarding the bug and the under bed cleaning, to me if they had cleaned the room asap, I would of been more relaxed and May of enjoyed the stay and had more positive feed back.

Arrived to stay at this hotel for a city trip. Check in was very fast, no information on when checkout was or anything. We arrived to our room to find it very outdated and not like the pictures advertised when we booked. We later discovered lady bugs crawling and flying everywhere. We tried to get them out only to find more 10 minutes later. We went to reception and was told straight away housekeeping would be round, after waiting an hour for someone to turn up ( I appreciate we are in a different country but we had a cleaner come who spoke no English). We were told that they enter through the seals of the window and there was nothing they could do and there was no rooms for us to move to. EVERY window was like this. We shoved tissues in the seals to the windows and kept the blinds closed which helped, but we was still putting them outside. We even had dead ones all on the floor from where they have been previously stood on, and in the bathroom where there was no window. We also had ants crawling around the floor in our bathroom!

When booking to return to Prague, we immediately knew which hotel we would book: Hotel International Prague. We stayed last Christmas, and it didn't disappoint and neither did this time. We booked to stay in the Executive Room (206), which was perfect. We were given a welcome gift (a bottle of red wine), which was a nice gesture (thanks again) when we checked in. Check-in was quick, and the staff was professional throughout the process. We were given a card, which also allows access to the rooftop bar, and also a complementary wine or orange juice. The views are beautiful (see pictures). The room was immaculate and comfortable, and the hotel provided robes and slippers to use. You also get a mini bar, which is replenished every day. You do have to leave your debit or credit card upon check to pay for anything used. The prices are reasonable, and are similar to the prices in the supermarkets. Towels and bedding are changed daily. There is a safe in the room, but we didn't use it. We left our iPads and laptops in the room while we went out, and they were perfectly safe. Our room had no bath, but the shower was quite powerful and always had hot water. In our opinion, the beds were comfortable, and so were the pillows. We had breakfast included. The hotel was busy whilst we were there, but we never failed to find somewhere to sit. The food was lovely and had the usual selections of cereals, full English breakfast, pastries, fruit, yoghurt, cheeses and meats. A variety of bread and rolls. Coffee machines and juices. The only thing I would say is I wish the cups were bigger for the coffee (I love my morning coffee, haha), and the plates need to be slightly bigger. and this would also save on the washing up because guests wouldn't be using loads of dishes. We did use the restaurant at other meal times, and again, the food was beautiful and good value for money. The menu doesn't have much variety, but we found something to eat on both occasions. We will definitely return in the future because you can't fault this hotel. It's close to the old town, and you'll need either the 8 or 18 tram, which runs every 4/5 minutes. We booked an Uber for our transfers to and from the airport. This cost us £16 (or 445.07 CZK) for one way, which was cheaper than booking transfers through our travel agent. All of the staff deserve special mention. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is the most enjoyable it can be. We will be again soon and of course we will be booking this hotel

The location was very good, and there were no noise in the evening. The staff was also very nice and the breakfast was altso very good. The more negative parts og the stay was that hotel could use some maintenance and we had 3-4 lady bugs in our room every day. It did not bother us very much, but the experience would have been better if they were not there.

Its abysmal. On first entrance the reception lobby and bar lull you into a dated but pleasant sense of security the your hit with a vile perfume that assaults your senses. Its overwhelming. As soon as you step out of the lift to your floor you realise you've been had. The pictures of rooms on love holidays do not match . The dated decor and stained carpets are sad. Then the rooms are below par 1* is cutting it. Ours was grim with dull orange walls stained carpets , pillows awful, duvet awful thin . Carpeted skirting boards a dried bogey on the wall and on day 2 , the most vile sewage smell filled room 442. We spent as little time there as possible. The breakfast was gross. Reception staff unhelpful. On leaving day check out was 11 the cleaners came in at 9am told us to wake up time to leave and came in 3 more times befor 10am hurrying us along. Refused us a fresh towel. And we're very aggressive in manner. Its awful avoid.
