I really advise you not to book this hotel because of many reasons: terrible smell everywhere, no breakfast (there is a restaurant in hotel but it looks disgusting), it is far away from the city centre (around 30 minutes by tram), nearby the hotel there is nothing to do, staff don't speak english. Rooms are the only thing that can...

I don't recommend this because of the management, be careful there. It is really hard to deal with them, to talk with them. Really greedy, arogant people! They wanna earn on every your mistake or dismatch. Not people friendly. Avoid this experience!

I booked two rooms at that place, informing them that I would come late in the night (coming from the airport). When we arrived (two families with children) no one was at the reception (they claim they have 3 stars!). After almost one hour and seven calls, a man came, smelling alcohol, and informed us that our rooms had been...

We stayed here for 3 nights in september. Hotel is near airport (we payed 300 crowns to taxidriver from airport). We booked at midnight - no problem. It was not a food service in this hotel. Hotel is little bit noisy - i heard every sound from surrounding rooms. Fridge was in the hall and someone stolen my food from...

Decided to stay in Prague for 3 nights on our way to another country. When we got to the hotel we found an empty reception room with a number that needs to be called when there is no one there (which is always). When we did that, we were "greeted" by receptionist who looked very annoyed. We blamed it on...

It was cheap, near to the tram terminus at Bila Hora and handy for the airport. That's the good points. Sadly a very basic, tired and smelly hotel. Appears to have no investment for many years. No reception, just a locked office and a grumpy young man. Thankfully just me and a friend travelling, so ok for us, but would...

A group of us stayed at this Hotel end of May. Our room had slanted ceiling, therefore we had to crouch around, only bumped head once though. The breakfast was awesome, but the smoke is everywhere. It was a very reasonably priced hotel, therefore you can't complain. It served it's purpose. Drinking in the hotel very very cheap and we...

I should not complain about cheap hotels, but in tourism you MUST know at least an international language, not applied here. Old rooms, smelly and quiet far from town, but good tram connection to the city center. We did not chose for breakfast because they allow smoking in the restaurant. there is no proper reception, just the bar of the...
