Hotel is located on a quiet street very close to the Stare Masto (Old Town). Room was clean. Breakfast plentiful and lots of variety. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. If ever back in Prague we will stay here again.

This hotel was recommended to us so when booking as a surprise for my husbands 60th birthday I didn't bother to look at any other hotels and we were not disappointed, it is in a quiet area and just a 10 minute walk into the old town. The room was a good size and there was an excellent choice for...

For a first time travelling in Prague we really lucked out. The hotel is walking distance to many historical sites, while being nicely tucked away in a neighbourhood that provides its own opportunities to explore and eat some truly great meals. Staff at the hotel are service oriented and helpful. The rooms are outstanding - clean and large and really...

Stayed here for 4 nights for a girly few days- the hotel is honestly amazing!! The rooms are large and great value for money, there working air con, a mini fridge, hairdryer and more (no slippers tho). The decor is modern and the bed is enormous with the biggest pillows and it's so comfy! It's a quiet area so you...

UNIC is pretty central within walking distance from the old town and buzzing nightlife including a good selection of bars and restaurants. The hotel's design is very fresh & trendy, including the room furnishings. Breakfast buffet is great and last but not least, reception staff are so helpful, having given us superb dining recommendations. (Incidentally, it happened to be my...

We stayed here for a week occupying three rooms - one is a family room good for 3 to 4 guests. The family room is a suite with four areas/rooms: a foyer, a sitting room and a bedroom with bath. The bedroom has a large bed and the sitting room is where they set up the extra bed for us....

I have stayed here twice; once last summer with my daughter (on a recommendation from a Czech friend) and again in October 2016. The first room was small but comfortable ( the beds are dreamily comfy) as described but on my second stay, my partner and I were upgraded to a suite which was absolutely fabulous! I really love this...

...to one of the finest hotel experiences. I decided to hold a family (7 adults) event in Prague, see an Andrei Rieu in the O2 arena and many more "goodies" were up my sleeve. As I had a most delightful holiday in the UNIC hotel in September 2016, it was only natural that they would be my first choice for...

The hotel is modern, the room is small but very well arranged and very comfortable. The staff is very polite and always helpful. The breakfast is amazing. It's very close to the center of the city and at the same time located in the very quite area. I highly recommend UNIC hotel to anybody who visit Prague.

Stayed for five days at this hotel in Prague. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and modern with well furnished rooms and comfortable beds. The breakfast was excellent with a lot of choice. The position of the hotel was good, within walking distance of lots of attractions and restaurants. I would recommend this hotel.

Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
