Eventhough we were there for just one night, it was very terrible experience. Broken TV, broken doors, tepmerature indoors and terrible looking bathroom. But bed was prepared and shower was hot so not everything was so bad. But all other things were...

Stayed here for a few days in April. It is really close to everything in the city centre. The breakfast was ok, nothing too special. The wifi is only available in the lobby. We stayed in one of the room s with two beds, not the hostel type area. There were lots of kids and at night they would move...

We've spent three nights in this hostel during the winter holidays. Out of the 2 rooms that we've booked, one was not heated properly. The receptionist wanted to charge us with full price, ignoring our pre-paid booking. English seems to be a problem there. I can't complain about the price. The place was bearable for an overnight stay and it's...

Despite the fact that I had a reservation confirmation by “booking.com” receptionist was not informed about it. Having luck, that I called in advance, trying to inform staff about possible late arrival. Either you will come before 09.00 p.m., you will pay for an accommodation, otherwise you will not get a key. Room was very “poor” broken wardrobe, malfunctioning TV,...

Furthermore there was a problem with our reservation. we booked it via a 3rd Party website from 31.12.-02.01.2014 at the end apparently we had a reservation from...

When I asked about a room by email, I received very polite answer along with a photo of a surprisingly nice looking room with private bathroom, which I could rent. And so I did, booked the very room from the photo. Unfortunately on site I was told there was no booking for my name at all. After a call to...

A1 Hotel is located in the relative outskirts of prague but transport is convenient. It is named as a hostel but it also comes with many en suide rooms located inside a garden. Price is reasonable. Service is also o.k., however, I had to manually adjust the heating to work.

I was looking for some cheep and clean place and I found this hotel not far from the center and yet for reasonable price. It was my first time in Prague and so I really appreciated help from receptionist, who gave...

It was a pleasant stay in A1 hotel. I liked the possibility to borrow grill and sit on the terrace after work.
