2 night stay. Hotel was clean, offers food. Day staff excellent, couldnt be more helpful. Room a little dated, but more than adaquate, toiletries provided, cleaned daily and outside there is a little seating area with chairs, cushions and blankets. It is a good base. Hotel serves food and on the Monday said it was open until 9.pm we arrived 8.35 and were told it wasn't serving as 9pm was the closing time. This was confusing, and even 8.30 as last order would have made for a rushed meal.

Day staff, will aadvise you about transport and can arrange a taxi dor you from the airport to them.

Hotel is 4/5 minute walk to tram stop, you can get tickets from the hotel. We didnt get 2 or 3 day passes, it wasnt worth it for us. If you plan to go into town and walk around get the 30 minute ticket (48 total for a person return:£1.60). Staff will advise you.117 service runs really frequently and its a short ride to charles bride past the river.

First afternoon we stayed locally, it is fairly residental area, nothing lime central Prague, BUT, 100m away is the Tresor, great bar, reasonably priced food and drinks, modern and friendly staff. There are a couple of lovely deli's and snack places across the main road. Walk down the road and there are local bars, much cheaper than central Prague. Staying in this area makes you question all the central prices.

Getting back to the airport, if you dont have a lot of luggage use public trnsport, really easy and cheap.

I would recommend this hotel, it is value for money.

I booked U Divadla for me and my partner. It was relatively inexpensive for three nights stay.

Our first impression on arrival, the reception staff are friendly and welcoming and speak multiple languages (including English). They are very keen to assist where they can.

We used the lift to get to our room, it is wide enough for wheelchair users or parents with reasonably sized prams.

Our room was immaculately clean and warm. A little dated, but this isn’t an issue and just adds to an authentic Czech experience. The beds are O.K. however they are twin beds and the mattresses can be a little uncomfortable but this we can cope with. Also, a little variety on the television for English speakers would be ideal, as the majority of channels are German, French and Russian; again, this isn’t a huge problem.

Breakfast is good, with options for most dietary requirements.

The hotel offers a late check out service and a free secure luggage room for guests who wish to explore the city was checked out and not flying home while later on in the day.

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will hopefully one day return for another visit.

TOP TIP: Uber is cheap in Prague, if there’s two or more of you and you’re going into town then consider it for getting into the City.

The staff were really friendly and the room was really clean. Only 20-30 minutes on the tram to the old town which is extremely cheap to travel on. The staff were also very helpful and you can book travel tickets for trams or trains at the reception.

If we were reviewing this hotel based on staff then it would be 5/5.

What was good:
Cleanliness
Ease of public transport
Could buy public transport tickets at the hotel
Mini fridge well stocked
Luggage storage facility’s after check out
Hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and diner.
Lift facilities
TV in the room (only one English Channel)
Early check in available.

What could be improved:
Thin walls (could hear the next rooms TV very loud late at night).
Noise in the street.
Loud housekeeping staff in the morning (from 8am).
Breakfast selection was average- only one toaster between all guests.
Shower door was broken on arrival.
Shower head wouldn’t stay up with poor temperature control.
Located at least 20 minutes from the city centre.
Not much to do actually near the hotel.
No phone in the room for room service or to call reception but it is advertised that this is included.
No tea facilities in the room.
Check out was at 11 despite being advertised as before 12 In the room info brochure.
No AC in the room.
Poor wifi connection.
Curtains didn’t fit the window properly and let in a lot of light.

Had good expectations for this room due to previous reviews, but was disappointed as a whole.

Prague is a beautiful city and would definitely return but unfortunately wouldn’t stay at this hotel again. Couldn’t fault the staff but I don’t see how this is rated 4 stars.

Had a lovely stay at this hotel. The staff were very helpful and booked a concert for us which worked out to be much cheaper than going to the ticket offices. The receptionist also gave us a good recommendation for the venue also. The room was very comfortable but lacked a kettle.

I can't praise the hotel reception staff highly enough! Room nice with comfortable bed and tea/ coffee making facilities. Breakfast nice, lovely fresh salad. . Out of city centre away from stag and hen parties but very easy and cheap to get in and out by tram. Transfer from airport by bus and tram sounded complicated but turned out to be very simple and took just over an hour and cost approx £1! Yes one pound/ 30 Kr. Would definitely stay here again

We were greeted with a warm welcome from reception, received loads of information on travelling into the city. Room was clean with a spacious bathroom. It is situated in a quiet area with many food places close by. Staff are very friendly and have lots of knowledge about the area.

We stayed here for three nights on our first visit to Prague. The staff cannot be faulted, they were all helpful and friendly, especially the reception staff. Our room was a little cramped but was clean and warm. We only ate breakfast there but there was a good selection of meats/cheeses/pastries/cereals and cooked sausage/eggs.

The centre of Prague is about 15 minutes away by tram, the tram stop is a short walk from the hotel.

We would stay here again if we return to Prague.

This hotel is perfect for a short city break. Great location from airport, 30 mins in an Uber, walking distance to the tram to get back to Prague 1 centre and is so cheap , we paid £1-2 for a 30 minute journey along the river and jumped off at Charles bridge. Staff are so helpful on arrival and throughout duration of stay, extra duvet given to us on request and as there is no kettle in room, staff got us cups of water and milk to make our tea. The bed is very comfortable and the pillows are the best pillows ever!! Room is clean and towels and bedding refreshed daily if you put the door hanger on. Breakfast is very good too, something for everyone, just what you need before you start your 20,000 steps around this beautiful city! We will be back. Thank you.

We had a wonderful few nights in Prague after booking our mystery holiday with wowcher. But it was fair to say the hotel was very dated. The beds was very uncomfortable and there was a lot of noise during the night and morning mainly from the cleaners! However the room was very clean and they tried with breakfast.
