Didn't have to hesitate when considering if I should give this excellent Hotel four or five stars. Great location in walking distance of most attractions beside a tram stop if needed. Staff very helpful and friendly, excellent breakfast, comfortable bedrooms. Would definitely return and recommend for a visit to the beautiful city of Prague

Arrived in Prague at eight am after a long journey, it was minus thirteen degrees. Found our way to the hotel very easily and cheaply using the bus and the metro. We were dreading having to wait a few hours to get into our room but were pleasantly surprised to find ourselves given the keys to our room straight away....

Staff are really friendly and our room was really modern and clean. It's within walking distance of most of the main attractions and their bar is absolutely stunning! Only bad thing I can say about it is that the beds are really hard so it took me longer than usual to fall asleep.

This hotel is in an old building, looks lovely from the street - very traditional. Our room was on the ground floor, along a polished tiled floor which looked original. The car park I think possibly uses the old stable entrance. The building has been there since 1902. It's just over the road from the National Theatre - across a...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
