Just had the most lovely 3 day break at the Savic. Our room was so nice, breakfast really good. The lady at reception (quite possibly the same one as the last reviewer) was very helpful with check-in and an abundance of information and how nice to be greeted with a compimentary drink . .lovely touch. Hotel very central to all...

We're just back from a lovely stay at the Savic Hotel, in Prague. The hotel was gorgeous, fantastic location just off the Old Town Square. We stayed in room 405, a lovely attic room, up a spiral staircase. All the fitting were top quality, and a maid service every day. The breakfast was excellent, lots of choice from the self...

My wife and I stayed at the Savic Hotel for 5 nights in early November. The reason for the trip was to celebrate my wifes birthday, on the day itself the hotel gave her a bottle of sparkling wine with their commplements. We chose the Savic based on the positive reviews on TripAvisor and we weren'nt disappointed in anyway. The...

Right bang in the middle of the old town this converted monastery is perfect for a stay in Prague. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with everything except an English Language TV Channel. It is the best hotel we have stayed in for some time and I would recommend it without a worry. Friendly service, great breakfast and just about...

Just arrived back after our visit to Prague. The hotel was fantastic, the staff were very attentive and gave us lots of advice and tips for our stay.A welcome drink was waiting for us, (even though the waitress spilled it down me, bless her). The room was spotless with high class toiletries and was very tasteful. Breakfast was excellent and...

Arriving in the hotel the receptionist was so attentive, had good advice and listened to what you had to say. After hearing that it was our anniversary within 10 minutes of us giggling over how amazing our hotel room was a bottle of very tasty sparkling wine arrived to our room with glasses and a cooler, of course free of...

My partner & I have just returned home after a visit to Prague. The Savic hotel was fantastic, a welcome drink on arrival is given to guests and our room was amazing. The room was spotlessly clean with fresh towels daily, coffee machine and l'occitane products in the bathroom. The location of this hotel is perfect for travellers who like...

Staying in Stare Mesto (Old Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Stare Mesto (Old Town)
One of the oldest neighbourhoods in town represents the medieval heart of Prague. It’s no surprise it is bustling with tourists every time of day. Križovnický square, overlooking Charles Bridge with Prague Castle in the background, is probably the most beautiful square in the city. Its unique historical atmosphere of gothic houses and churches, cobblestone streets and squares, and stone towers blend together with the modern era. A vast array of bars, restaurants, dance clubs, international brand shops, galleries and hotels bring life to the old city. With its charming and picturesque cobblestone streets, the nightlife and parties will surely be unforgettable.
