I spent 5 nights at BW Premier in Prague. The rooms were comfortable, though a bit small, but it's downtown Prague. The bathroom was clean. The lobby was nice. Location is convenient with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. I can't complain about the general appearance of the facility or rooms. Breakfast service was broad with a range of options. The...

Dear Guest, I am very sorry if there were mistakes in your bill. Of course there is no reason for us to not refund you any deposit or to add anything to the bill - probably some kind of mistake happened. Very nice hotel central location, comfortable rooms, good breakfast which was served until 11.00, would stay again. Lots of bars nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful, only about half an hour from the airport by taxi

Not usually one to write a review about a hotel - a clean bed, clean bathroom and internet is all I need when traveling. I don't even care about breakfasts or amenities but this hotel is literally one of the WORST hotels if you're looking to stay connected while traveling. It's centrally located and decent if you're not a business...

Stayed in simple king room. Hotel is very traditional with minimal luxury touches. Remember, this is still a "Best Western", even if they call it "Premiere", so don't expect much. Room was comfortable and clean, but nothing special. WiFi is free, and the website said it has a sauna and whirlpool for guests, but hotel claims it's a "spa treatment"...

Dear Guest, thank you for sharing your opinion about our property with all of us. We passed hard testing of Best Western on the beginning of the year and our hotel more than exceed minimum standards requested from Best Western. Sauna and Spa is for private use only – that´s why we ask the guests for reservation. It protects the...

I have been to Prague several times on business and usually stay at the leonardo hotel but unfortunately on this trip it was fully booked. So I went for the Best western Majestic Plaza Well I wish I hadn't. The "welcome" was cold and very basically instructive, but she made sure I paid the account up front! The room whilst...

As with most things in Prague, they look good from the outside. The room was average at best. The breakfast was awful. BUT the location was wonderful. Two short blocks to Wenceslas Square and the nearest Starbucks. And if you are looking for a great meal, try Rocky O'Reilly's Irish Pub just down the street. Their ribs were amazing!!

Great location central, everywhere we went was in walking distance. The hotel check in was very easy, it is very secure to get to the lifts and stair case to the rooms you need your room card. The rooms were very clean, a lovely white fluffy stressing gown and slippers were standard, the usual Toiletries included, the room was cleaned...

Spacious room, tastefully decorated. Staff were attentive. The breakfast selection was big and something for everyone. Centrally located we walked everywhere, 2 minutes from Wenceslas square and about 10mins walk to old town square. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Stayed here for 4 nights during my first trip to Prague. Wonderful hotel overall. Location is good, situated just off Wencelas square and only a short walk (10-15 mins) to the old town square. Staying in Nove Mesto (New Town)

Neighbourhood Profile
Nove Mesto (New Town)
Nearly 700 hundred metres long, Wenceslas Square represents the most frequent and buzzing crossroads of the city. The National Museum in the upper part of the square watches over your spending spree in countless shops and retail stores lining the entire square, which ends at Na Příkopě, the most famous shopping street. When tired or broke, you can explore the city's underpasses, which can take you to the Old Town or to the courtyards of art nouveau houses with secret gems of greenery, white benches and rose bushes that provide unexpected peace in the midst of the city. Be sure to pay a visit to the traditional cafés, classic Czech pubs, cinemas and theatres. National Theatre near the river has a lot to offer to foreigners. Go to the river bank and enjoy live music and drinks while watching a sunset behind Prague Castle.
