Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Good value for money. Very friendly reception staff; clean and spacious room; good diverse breakfast buffet; parking at the hotel available (albeit with a bigger car slightly tricky); location perfectly in the Center - quick to get by foot to everything. Restaurant also very good.

A clean and large room with walk in shower and fridge. This was stocked with one of each drink every day, including a Pegas beer from downstairs in the brewery. The breakfast was served from 7-10 and had something for everyone. Many types of breads, ham, cereals (including porridge), teas and coffee on tap. There was hot food too - sausages (two kinds), bacon, eggs and veg. It got every day off to a good start. Location was very central for everything - less than five minutes to Freedom Square and the shopping streets ran either side. Room 23 opened into an internal terrace and so was very quiet but even rooms on the street side were not noisy (it’s located on a quiet side street). Even though it is built on top of the brewery/bar we never heard a thing from downstairs! The reception/breakfast staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Overall, a highly recommended base for Brno.

Good location. Spacious, comfortable and clean with a good facilities. Good breakfast and many choices. Staff friendly and the pub food and brewery beer is very tasty. Would pack a travel kettle next time to have a hot drink in room but the complementary stocked fridge is a welcome bonus.

Large, bright rooms, quiet sleep, pleasant service. In the center of Brno, you can walk everywhere. It's all clear. Morning breakfast is included in the price of the hotel, very tasty. There is excellent internet access throughout the hotel.

If ure a foreigner do not come here. I was here with my non-czech friends and only because I am czech I could have understand what the waiters were saying about us when we were leaving. Totally unprofesionnal and never felt so embarrassed for my own country.

I re ally enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Firstly the location is ideal, right in the city centre just behind Freedom Square. The are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Its about 15 minutes walk from the train station and the airport bus stop. The reception staff spoke English and were all friendly and helpful. My room for the first night was too small for me, but there was no problem changing to a larger room the next day.it was nice to see that the minibar included a free bottle of the hotel's own beer. The first night it rained so it was very convenient that the hotel has a good restaurant and brewery. The food and beer were excellent. I would certainly stay at this hotel if i return to Brno.

Lovely large rooms in a centrally located hotel. Lovely polite reception staff. Great restaurant with high quality food without being fancy. And then a brewery in the basement too! Would highly recommend this hotel in a lovely city.

I stayed 2 nights, booked in advance before arriving. You need to pay at the reception upon arrival which is not the case im other hotels I visited so be ready to do so. The staff was very helpful, I called the day before my arrival and they navigated me from the main station. You can borrow and iron which is important when being on business trip. I think some of the rooms are accessible with wheelchair. My room was just above the terrace so you might here people from the restaurant which js no big issue after 10 pm nobody is allowed to sit outside not to disturb. The rooms are cosy and clean with air conditioning. Mini bar is in price of the night so I found 2 cans with Coke and Fanta, one water and one beer pegas I find kind but I did not use any of them. There is a restaurant downstairs. I enjoyed staying in this hotel and might be coming again when in Brno.

We didn't have a room for the night and dropped in to see if they had availability. We got a top-floor room for us and our 2 kids for about 130 euros. The beds were fine, wifi worked ok, the bathroom was clean, the TV only had Czech shows and the offices in the adjacent building could see us get up naked in the morning. I'm sure they're used to it 😉
