Large, bright rooms, quiet sleep, pleasant service. In the center of Brno, you can walk everywhere. It's all clear. Morning breakfast is included in the price of the hotel, very tasty. There is excellent internet access throughout the hotel.
If ure a foreigner do not come here. I was here with my non-czech friends and only because I am czech I could have understand what the waiters were saying about us when we were leaving. Totally unprofesionnal and never felt so embarrassed for my own country.
I re ally enjoyed my 3 night stay at this hotel. Firstly the location is ideal, right in the city centre just behind Freedom Square. The are plenty of shops and restaurants close to the hotel. Its about 15 minutes walk from the train station and the airport bus stop. The reception staff spoke English and were all friendly and helpful. My room for the first night was too small for me, but there was no problem changing to a larger room the next day.it was nice to see that the minibar included a free bottle of the hotel's own beer. The first night it rained so it was very convenient that the hotel has a good restaurant and brewery. The food and beer were excellent. I would certainly stay at this hotel if i return to Brno.
Lovely large rooms in a centrally located hotel. Lovely polite reception staff. Great restaurant with high quality food without being fancy. And then a brewery in the basement too! Would highly recommend this hotel in a lovely city.
Very nice hotel -very easy to find even if you came late and first tome in the city, big and extremely clean room, friendly and helpful staff, testy breakfast and very good beer and water ( free Mini bar in room). this hotel will be my choice next time in Brno.
I stayed 2 nights, booked in advance before arriving. You need to pay at the reception upon arrival which is not the case im other hotels I visited so be ready to do so. The staff was very helpful, I called the day before my arrival and they navigated me from the main station. You can borrow and iron which is important when being on business trip. I think some of the rooms are accessible with wheelchair. My room was just above the terrace so you might here people from the restaurant which js no big issue after 10 pm nobody is allowed to sit outside not to disturb. The rooms are cosy and clean with air conditioning. Mini bar is in price of the night so I found 2 cans with Coke and Fanta, one water and one beer pegas I find kind but I did not use any of them. There is a restaurant downstairs. I enjoyed staying in this hotel and might be coming again when in Brno.…
We didn't have a room for the night and dropped in to see if they had availability. We got a top-floor room for us and our 2 kids for about 130 euros. The beds were fine, wifi worked ok, the bathroom was clean, the TV only had Czech shows and the offices in the adjacent building could see us get up naked in the morning. I'm sure they're used to it 😉
The hotel is located in the center of Brno, in a pedestrian zone. The location is ideal for sightseeing. The hotel itself looks very romantic, antique. The rooms are very comfortable, the beds are comfortable and the cleanliness is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly and adventurous. The breakfast is great, with a large selection of cold and hot dishes. The wifi works fine. The hotel has its own parking. If you are staying at hotel, do not ever miss out on eating at the hotel restaurant, the experience of traditional Czech cuisine is unbelievable.
I've stayed at this hotel twice before so knew what to expect. My main purpose was because it is over their own brew pub and restaurant. I have reviewed both as per what the title says. To get to Pegas, it is approximately 10 minutes walk from the main rail station and located in the old part of the town. If flying into Brno, the bus from the airport drops you opposite the rail station. Check in for the room was done very well and was served by a friendly receptionist. My room was on the fourth floor. Room was very comfortable, clean and WiFi worked well. There was a minibar which had bottled water, soft drinks and one of their own beers all of which were free. The bathroom was again spotlessly clean and I had no complaints there. Room rate included breakfast which was in a separate room off the reception. A good choice of hot and cold food, overall a very good buffet selection. Overall, the hotel is good value for money bearing in mind this is Brno, one of the most popular cities in the Czech Republic. Just one small complaint about the restaurant. I paid by card and like other places (and bank machines) you are offered to pay in local currency or your own (which gets marked up by 5-10%) The waiter went and selected GBP instead of Czech Currency - the retailer should offer or ask the customer first about their currency preference.…
The hotel is in the city center. I could discover the city by walk. There is a restaurant and beer brewery in the basement. The food and the beer are really, really great. Highly recommend to try. My room was okay, if you keep the windows open bit noisy by some machine. The mini bar is free. It's not too rich but there is one beer from the brewery downstairs and some soft drinks. I'll definitely stay in this hotel next time as well. 4 point is due to the noise.
