Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

We stayed at Hotel Number One as part of a big family holiday and were absolutely delighted with it. The hotel is in close walking distance of lots of tourist attractions, especially the Long Market. Although there is a busy road to cross to get to it, there's an underpass that made walking there with kids no problem. For a tourist trip the location was really ideal. The hotel itself had a lovely breakfast, with the hot food changing up every morning to give some variety. A good range of rooms - we had a big group with various different combinations of people but there were rooms that suited us all, to accommodate couples, family with kids and single traveller, and all at good prices. All clean and comfortable. The time in the Spa and Wellness centre was fantastic - kids loved the pool and adults enjoyed the sauna and steam room as well. You did need to book each time but we found that very simple and straight forward. It is in a separate building but really only a few steps from reception. There was also a game room and a play room for kids. The staff were also extremely helpful, including helping us book restaurants for our big group, which was really useful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back to this hotel.

Exceeded expectations The rooms were large with separate living area, they were clean with everything you needed. We ate an evening meal at the restaurant which was lovely and good value. The location was brilliant for everything and the staff were lovely and friendly. Fab stay would recommend xx

Lovely modern hotel in a great location just a short walk from town and tourist spots. Staff are friendly and helpful, we ate in the restaurant twice and both meals were excellent. The hotel provides free lockers for left luggage after check out and a lounge area with phone chargers. We used the Bolt app for taxis to visit the zoo and Sopot and the fare to the airport was only 50 zloty

Quiet rooms. Well presented clean and has tea coffee in room. Even has its own balcony pity it was snowing when we were here. But will defo find back again. Room furniture is modern. The less said about the dining furniture the better. Bit old hat. But hey it’s a very nice hotel

When we arrived the hotel I must admit that the lobby and the outside area of the hotel gave me and my girlfriend a bit of disconcering expectation of what we might except of the rooms, but fortunately the rooms fairly large and with good standard. Would be nice to have fridge on the rooms, but had a balcony for storing stuff outside. The breakfast was ok, but could have offered a bit more variety. The milk jugs were not kept cooled down and keept room temperature which was a bit concerning and not therefore not so delicate to drink from the glass. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful and all in all we had a pleasent stay.

The stay was fine, we used swimming pool and play room for children, breakfast are delicious. Unfortunately, in the hotel I got some allergic reaction (I cannot identify its source) and now I am suffering from painful skin reactions, swollen hands and other unpleasant things. To sum up, I am truly confused whether I can recommend this place.

Stayed here three nights in early January 2024. Hotel is walking distance to old town. We took an Uber from the airport which cost us around 65 PLN on a Saturday evening. Breakfast buffet was good with drinkable coffee and juices, good bred and quite a lot of choices - eggs, sausages etc. Our room was not cleaned and towels not changed during the stay - I think we were supposed to put a sign on the door if that service was needed (I never saw such a sign though). The room was quite nice with a balcony towards a courtyard, good beds with clean linen, a small sofa and chair, desk and flat screen TV. Bathroom was also nice and towels white and clean. Biggest asset is free access once a day to the spa area in the next door building where you can use pool, jacuzzi and saunas for up to one hour. You might have to make a reservation during the weekend. On Monday and Tuesday we almost had the whole spa to ourselves in the morning.

Nice hotel with great location. Very close to old town and lots of places around to eat or drink. Nice spa facility. The staff was helpful and kid. They allowed to to get our rooms before check in time. Lockers are handy to store the bags before your flight.
