The hotel is located on the edge of the historic center on foot but it is not far away. Hotel looks very family. Stay in it was very pleasant.

Located about 200 meters from the tram stop, which is easy to get to the railway and bus station.

The downside of the hotel is that strenuous lift, and most rooms are located on floors.

Rooms are large and spacious, tastefully decorated. Likewise, the bathroom was clean and well equipped.

The room was very bright, had a lot of windows, which was especially nice during the day.

The hotel offers free Wi-Fi.

Breakfast was buffet. Simple, but very tasty. Upon request, staff hoteôla made scrambled eggs.

Near the hotel were in all important pamätihodnoti, shops and banks.

We highly recommend, especially to young people.

I spent a nice weekend in this hotel in August. The hotel was very clean, neat and tidy. The hotel is placed very close to the city center. Although I have to admit that the hotel is facing one of the ugliest streets in the area. I had the fourth floor room with a nice view on patio. There was no lift hence I had to climb four storeys to get to my room :|
The reception is the biggest problem of this place. It is always empty! When I tried to check in, there was no one at the reception and the hotel door was closed!! I had to wait almost an hour! Service was nice and friendly... if they were around ;)
Breakfast room is without a window :( Food was ok but… there is no restaurant and no chef hence there aren’t any hot meals served.
Room was very nice and spacious. Unfortunately bed was a twin not a double…
Bathrom is a very strong point. Nice shower cabin, window in the ceiling.

To be honest this hotel is a bit odd. Overall I enjoyed my stay there, and I would recommend it but one have to be prepared that some things are just… different. This place is advertised to be a hotel but when you get there you will notice that this is actually a Villa. If you are prepared to live with some disadvantages (breakfast and reception) you will like the hotel. If you feel unsafe in a place with empty reception, if scrambled eggs for breakfast is a “must have” then find yourself a different accommodation.

Friendly, courteous and helpful staff.
Very convenient central location, plenty to see and do within walking distance. A good balance of eating, drinking, sightseeing and tourism.
Continental breakfast has variety and will satisfy the biggest appitite.
Rooms are clean.

So, if you are searching for clean, comfortable and affordable accommodation, close to the busy tourist area, look no further. This is great value for money.

Stayed for 3 nights over the weekend as a last minute city break. The hotel is in a great central location with the old town literally steps away. The team that run the hotel are great, very friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave at 7.30 on the day of departure so they offered to start breakfast early for us. The rooms are spotlessly clean, serviced every day and the beds are very comfortable. A good nights sleep was guaranteed in our quiet room.
The breakfast was very good and well presented with a variety of cold meats and cheeses, they will also cook scrambled eggs to order.
Would highly recommend and stay here again. Thank you !

When I arrived I got a free upgrade to the next room category. Even my early arrival at 10:00 clock in the morning was not a problem. The breakfast was offered in the form of a good polish buffet. The staff pleasant back halted and friendly. The rooms were spacious, modern and very clean. I only paid 150 zł per night, so it was a great deal.

This lovely hotel was a great find and located just around the corner from the main square.
Gdansk old town is quite compact and the place was just less that 2 mins from the shops, cafes, the canal and the central square.
Our room was not in the main building, but just around the corner. We were shown to our room by the very lovely and freindly lady who worked there.
The room was clean, large and very comfortable.
One of the great things was that it was so quiet at night, so really got some good sleep during the night.
Breakfast was included, which consisted of a continental breakfast of cereals, cold meats and lots more....it was delicious!
Really would recommend a stay here and plan to go back myself as the place was really good value, had a great loaction and most importantly, the staff were just great!

I made a reservation for Hotel Parnas but received a room located about half a block from the hotel. There is no sign on the somewhat gloomy entrance to the building. For breakfast or for the reception you have to walk to the hotel. The room had the basic equipment but it was sufficient. The location in the old city is very convenient.

We were receieved in a very friendly manner. We could change the room because we were not able to climb stairs. However, after this we never saw the staff. The breakfast was not good. The room was clean, but the pillows were miserable.

The hotel is small and well-situated close to but not in the town centre. It has a lively music style bar at the end of the street and a cheerful cocktail bar to the other side. The rooms were of a decent size and clean. The breakfast was excellent, served in the small dining room.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to all major tourist attractions, our room was clean and generally in good decorative order, members of staff were pleasant and friendly, but overall our experience there was terribly disappointing. First of all, our bed was terrible, very hard and uncomfortable and I ended up with a backache. Our friends who booked a room there too had the same experience. Our rooms were serviced poorly and infrequently. There is a very noisy bar in close proximity to this hotel which kept me awake until very late. But the worst of all is the hotel owner! Basically one night we returned to the hotel to find the door handle on the floor outside our room. When we informed the man in the reception he had already been aware of it and arranging for the repair. I was rather shocked when the night before our departure the owner informed me that we would be charged for "the damage". He repeatedly questioned me as to how it happened, effectively accusing us of doing it. The conversation at first was conducted in Polish. My husband who is British arrived half way through andunderstood enough to know what the conversation was about. The owner spoke English so my husband explained again what had happened as the owner kept saying that he needed to know how it had occured. Despite our repeated explanations and assurances he insisted that we should pay and claimed that we had done it. When we said "Are you accusing us of lying when we tell you what happened?" he got angry and started shouting that British people damage the properties and are being banned from hotels in Krakow.
We pointed out that we are in our 60s, both of us retired doctors and find his words and behaviour offensive at which point he seemed to accept that we had not caused this damage and would not charge us. However the following day upon returning home we received an e-mail demanding the payment for the damage that he again alleged we had caused. Needless to say, we were shocked with the owner's hostile attitude towards British people and the whole situation.
