We stayed in early December 2016 and were pleased to see the photos were a good representation of the hotel. Somewhere along the line, I must've misread the finer details and thought there was a pool and jacuzzi, which there is not. There is however, a sauna and you can book a reasonably priced massage/facial treatment if you so wish....

Definatley would advise you to keep clear from this hotel. Disappointed on every level. The room stunk of tuna. Very noisey from the building work and bell means nobody got any sleep. Money went Wasn't offered another room. Rude aggressive and untrustworthy staff. If you still go after this good luck. Ruined the entire trip

Perfectly situated just a few meters from the Long Way, the main sightseeing and numerous restaurants. Spotlessly clean with lovely bedrooms and a superb bathroom with a strong shower (that's a MUST). We'd recommend the Artus without hesitation. However, having had breakfast (next door) once, we were not that impressed. For the next 2 days, we went elsewhere. Turn left...

Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights with a group of friends, it was the perfect location being central to the to the old town. The rooms were comfortable and clean, plenty of choice for breakfast. Would highly recommend this hotel if you're going to Gdansk

We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights in September 2016. Before we left the UK I emailed the hotel to arrange a taxi to pick us up from the airport which they kindly did at a cost of 80PLN. Check in was quick & easy and were were given the key to room 413 which was a generous size...

The location is close enough to the center of town but far enough to be relatively quiet. I enjoyed the breakfast, very good selection of savory foods. The room was a comfortable size (for Europe) and nicely decorated.

This is not the cheapest hotel in "Main town" in Gdansk, but you get what you pay for😊 Just a couple of meters from Dluga Targ still away from the tourist crowd. Friendly staff and large rooms with comfy beds (except for the plastic under the sheets...) Lots of restaurants within walkin distance, including the hotel restaurant.

Thank Smalgangen
