We have just returned after a fantastic week at this hotel.
The location is 40 mins tram ride from Gdansk. The beach is 3 mins walk from the hotel with a lovely prom to Sopot.

The hotel rooms for families had enough space and a balcony. They were clean, although my only negative was that these rooms got very warm on an evening.

The reception area had a little indoor play area, which kept my 3 year old entertained. It also had a lovely outdoor play area too.

The hotel staff were very friendly and went to extra lengths to surprise us for our birthdays. Thank you.

The breakfast was lovely, just one thing to note is you have to request fried eggs and bacon.
The takeaway coffee was a bonus.

We used the swimming pool every day and it was always clean and the water was lovely and warm. It had a lot of sunbeds round the side so you could relax as well as splash.

Great value for money.

We were very happy with our stay at this hotel, but the restaurant was not a big experience. Otherwise, the room was very nice, and we got cold drinks and coffee every day:-) The hotel was situated very close to the beach. The room also had a nice little balcony. The bed was really comfortable and the service at the reception was very good. The fitness area was ok, a bit small and very busy. The swimmingpool was also ok, but a little busy. They should have divided the swimmingpool between the children that was playing and the adults that wanted to swim.

Great location. Right near the beach. There is a walking/cycle path that is lovely and flat which heads towards Sopot and Gdansk. It runs parralel with the beach. Along the path you will find cafes and restaurants at varying prices. It's an hour walk to Sopot. The tram system into Gdansk is very good and reasonable. Less than £1 each way. Takes about 35 mins. We were very happy with our room at the hotel. Which had a balcony. Staff at the hotel very friendly and helpful.

We are a family of six with older children (15 - 21y) who all have more than enough experience with hotels and this hotel didn't pass for any of us. I understand that the holiday period is there and that the hotel was fully booked which allows a few minor mistakes but this was definitely not up to standard. The breakfast was good quality wise but overcrowded, tables and floors not clean, the bar is not what you would expect, the rooms are old. I am sorry to say but this is not what you would expect and hope for.

We visited this lovely hotel in May 2022 for a week of long awaited family holiday with our 4 year old son.
From the moment we arrived, to the moment we left after a week, we felt at home and completely looked after.
This hotel has everything you could possibly need and want for a family get away. It was our first trip abroad with our 4 year old and we weren't sure what to expect but the stay reassured us that we want to do it again and again!
The rooms are comfortable and perfectly adjusted for a family. Our balcony was overlooking a lovely green area that made you forget you are in a big city!
There was a pool and a kids play area, along with a lovely playground outside and plenty of green space to run around - perfect for an energetic toddler!
Breakfast buffet had such a selection that I'm sure we all put on weight as we couldn't stop eating! And Winestone restaurant's food was excellent too, between my family and I we tried almost every dish on the menu!
I can't not mention the absolute dream proximity to the beach, which is like 5 minutes away. Same with the lovely boardwalk to Sopot. And if you want to explore the city centre, a bus and tram stop are also only 5 mins away. Ideal!
And last but not least - the staff were amazing, with the hotel director personally looking after guests (you don't see that happening much these days!). Our son is still talking about the holiday and we had the most memorable family getaway ever. Thank you Mercure Posejdon!

The room was clean and well maintained, interesting wine list and really good food in the restaurant. Both food and beverages reasonably priced compared to other places in Sopot !! Waiting for the main course, I've ordered home made bread with linseed oil, seeds and sea salt. Unusuall and creative choice.
Every time I stay at this hotel, I really appreciate its location, bit away from over crowded Sopot, and just a few steps from the beach.

Hotel near by sea with beautiful garden, nice building, refurbished rooms, great breakfast with fishes, vegetables but also a lot of cakes and intercontinental food. Great place for rest but also for business. Hotel restaurant serving good food but also great local vine. Big thank you for Karolina for wine recommendation - great choice.

We were booked for one night here because of an issue with our hotel in Gdansk (see my previous review). This hotel was comfortable, clean, and in very close proximity to the sea. One interesting feature is that our room had a balcony facing a nice little wooded area, which was quite lovely. However, the hotel does need to be renovated or upgraded as it is showing its age. Elevators were out of service during our stay, which meant we had to lift our big and heavy suitcases up 4 flights of stairs. The blackout curtains were excellent but we had to sleep with earplugs because the walls are thin - we heard quite a bit of noise from our neighbours. WiFi was excellent and service was friendly and professional.
