Location is very good close to the river and lots of restaurants. Staff is friendly and they try they best with the breakfast. Breakfast is solid but the room is very small and there are too little staff working so the food ran out quite often. Wifi works really well. Rooms don't have a freezer which was a disappointment.

My cousin arranged this hotel for us when we were visiting Gdańsk from the USA and I could not have been happier with the accommodations. The location is excellent, just off the Motława River in the heart of the city, and only blocks from the city square. We were amazed by the continental breakfast, it was the best we had in our two weeks where we traveled a good portion of Poland. The room was comfortable, the service great and friendly. The nearby secure parking area (since we had a rental car) was very convenient. Overall, this was probably the best place we stayed in the two weeks we were in Poland. I highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again.

Quirky design outside, everything you could need inside. Great location - close to the centre (walking distance) and very close to the WW2 and post office museums. The breakfast is very nice, with lots of choice. The staff were pleasant and helpful.

Comfortable rooms at a good price. Breakfast good mixture of Polish and continental dishes. Staff friendly and all an easy walk from both old town and We2 and Solidarity museums. Had 4 very pleasant nights there.

In the center of Starowka, good music, (although the DJ is a bit gruff). Great service - special thanks to Miss Weronika. This is not a restaurant in the strict sense, so they could expand the menu when it comes to appetizers. Overall - I recommend it!

Coming from England, wanting to find a hotel that was reasonable price for a one night stay with my partner. We was surprisingly amazed with the arrival, hotel placed in the heart of fantastic location, quite and peaceful at night. The receptionists are very welcoming, lovely and extremely helpful, providing plenty of tourist information, guides and appears very knowledgeable regarding streets and directions etc. Spoke excellent English for myself. Very modern decor, clean, warm hotel, bedroom was perfect, plenty of room, big French windows which was nice. Room is provided with everything you need, air conditioning, refreshments, coffee/tea supplies. Breakfast was included. Amazing buffet. Beautiful fresh polish continent food. Plenty to chose from; hot and cold. Service yet again; Lovely and Friendly.
Would also like to mention and Thank highly to the Staff for their excellent service, loyal and honest; as some belongings got left behind; with no hesitation the staff returned to us via post.

Not sure where to start this review but let's start with the good points which are why the hotel gets more than one point.
Location excellent right on the river next to all the restaurants and picturesque central tourist areas
Parking accessible for hotel guests very close to hotel at excellent price
And now the reason why points are reduced
There were no curtains in my room on the 4th floor. Light flooded into the room at 5 in the morning waking me up after minimal sleep ruining the day afte. This is major failing in my opinion. You stay at a hotel in order to have somewhere to sleep. It is unforgivable that curtains are not provided for those of us who prefer to sleep in the dark!
Air conditioning in the room is noisy and therefore impossible to run at night. The rooms and the top floors in general are hot in the summer (see other reviews where this is mentioned also)
The bathroom had no ventilation and steams up when having a shower. There was a distinct damp smell ( like a hairdressers slightly perfumed) when I first walked in
Only one tiny piece of soap offered in the bathroom. Ok for washing your hands but not much else- even the cheapest hotels these days have liquid soap dispenser in the shower!
There are no drawers in the room.
The hotel does not have a bar as mentioned in the description ( plenty of bars close by)
The hotel does not have a restaurant as mentioned in the description ( there is a breakfast room but this serves only breakfast - plenty of good restaurants close by though)
Breakfast juices not fresh appeared to be cordial type.
Breakfast coffee tasted weird
Fruit display at breakfast was strange with unchilled cut, browning, bananas on display.
No coffee in the room only tea
No room service
The elevator fascia plate on the fourth floor is loose where you press the button

In reality although this is called a hotel it does not have all normal hotel facilities. I note it is listed on trip advisor in the b&b/inns category and in my opinion this is where it belongs as an average ( albeit modern decorated) multi-roomed inn / travel motel style accommodation.
I will not not be choosing to stay here again. If there were curtains on the windows I might consider it for one night sleep before traveling further. I really don't think that it is suitable to use as a bar for longer stays.
As regards price I don't feel that this accommodation was particularly cheap considering other hotels I have stayed in Gdansk. There were other hotels available when I booked this one and now wish I had chosen them.

From the efficient private airport transfer the Airport (£20) the excellent service began. Spotlessly clean with the most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in !!

The Breakfast buffet was full of choice and filled us up for most of the day.

Highly recommended this hotel for its location, quality, service and value 👍

Amazing little hotel with amazing location. Room was big and very clean. Only minus would be the small breakfast buffet, where salads etc staid in the room-temperature all morning. But you get everything you need to get a good start of the day... exept good coffee.
Also receptionists could have been more inviting, insted of just looking at their computer every time we walked past...
Anyway, a small gem with perfect location.
