We booked the apartment Al Pacino online. We were shown the apartment and it looked stylish and large. It was only later that we discovered six lights needed new bulbs and that the overhead shower was defective. We also found that the curtains only covered half of the very large window that faced a large illuminated sign. We pointed out... More

The hotel was in a great location as you know – less than 2 mins from the main street. Very modern and clean throughout, despite being on a muddy side street, which we were concerned about when we saw it for the first time. The highlight of our stay was the Receptionist, Alicja. She was very welcoming and super helpful.... More

Actually, we never made it there, even if we wanted. As we made the booking - and received confirmation on the booking - we never really had the reserved rooms booked. When we asked for any cribs available for children (they were), in their reply they told that they already earlier (when I asked about stairs/strollers, cribs, etc.) mentioned that... More

Good, cheap apartment hotel for groups. There are different sizes of apartments for smaller or bigger groups. There are also rooms for single travelers and couples. Breakfast is served in a cozy room. The beautiful Old Town is very near and you can eat there cheaply.

33 of us travelled from Ireland to Gdansk on a stag do and we stayed at Villa Pica Paca. I dealt with them all through email and they could not have been more helpful. As we were all on different flights, they organised taxis for us to be at the airport and that was very helpful. We booked several different... More

This hotel is in a very good position, only a few minutes walk to the main area of the old town. We stayed in an apartment, which had two beds, one in the lounge area. The apartment was well equipped, spacious and very comfortable. Reception staff were available 24/7 and were really helpful. Breakfast was reasonably priced and a good... More

Another bathroom would be good. Comfortable beds and a good value of money. The electriciy is a bit weird...Beautiful gardens outside. Breakfast-room is very small (and very hot on a sunny day... I was in Europe for the first time in my life and that too for 1 month alone. Obviously, there were so many doubts, hesitations and everything being in a foreign country. I would say the staff at Pica Paca made my stay very easy and comforting by patiently and humbly attending to all my queries and requirements with a... More
