Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

If you want to go to a Hostel, choose this one. Hostels are hostels and we know that. But this one is probably the cleanest i've been into. Got a room all for me and my girlfriend, bathrooms were clean and beds comfortable. The only thing i would like to complain about is the danger of the kitchen. The hoven is very old style and doesen't have a thermocouple. I don't know about polish lawas but in my country it is illegal to still have them around as they are an hazard and one of the main reasons of gas escapes.

Sociable but not noisy. Good price. Good quality area with a positive vibe. Both the hostel workers, the girl with the short hair and the lady from Ukraine, were both pleasant and helpful. The types of people you meet range from sociable fun to introverted but approachable. Good for anyone who fits within that. Not for those looking to get drunk in the hostel.

A lovely hostel, right around the corner from the main bus station and train station and a quick walk right into the heart of Krakow. The staff was extremely kind, as were the guests. Beds were already made and were comfortable. The hostel also had a kitchen open to use, as well as other items such as a hairdryer! They also were able to give many good recommendations for the city, and I highly recommend the free Walkative walking tour.

The most welcoming host I’ve ever met. The manager checked us in and made us feel so comfortable, she recommended things to do and places to see and organized a day trip to Auschwitz for us in a matter of minutes. Any questions we had, she had an answer. We got a private twin room which was very spacious with a shared kitchen and bathroom, there was coffee and tea there which we could help ourselves too which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this place for someone that wants to have a chill trip to krakow on a budget

The staff at this hostel is very good. The woman at the front desk really made you feel welcome and was really nice. She was also good at recommending things to do and we also booked a tour to auschwitz a day in advance which was also really good. The hostel is about a 10 minutes walk from the city centre and about 5-10 minutes from the main railway station (Krakow glowny) which is next to a big shopping mall. There is wifi but don't expect anything great from it since it's really slow except when there's no one around. There is a clean kitchen with a lot of accessories. The whole place was pretty clean, probably because it's a small hostel and the toilets and kitchen get cleaned every day. We had an amazing time at this hostel.

Some of the best hospitality I've ever experienced. She was absolutely wonderful, so helpful and funny. The rooms themselves, no complaints, wifi, great location (Only a 10 minute walk to the main square), really recommend.

For the price it’s average but when we arrived the receptionist was sharp with us and told us about how terrible previous guests had been? Throughout our stay she was complaining constantly, telling us to leave the shower door unlocked etc. You have to mark food in the fridge with your name but the fridge is very crowded and you can’t fit much in. Of course there is the shower issue, two curtained showers and one lock on the door but apparently you shouldn’t lock the door? Felt like my privacy didn’t matter much. We also found it hard to open the front door and when we buzzed the intercom the receptionist told us she wasn’t coming down to help us. Beds are squeaky and move around at every toss and turn and the whole hostel is very cramped. Only merits are the central location, free use of kitchen and the people in our room during our stay.

Lady at the reception was so kind and helpful. The room was clean and so were the toilets and showers. The location is perfect if you're travelling by train, also the center is just behind the corner. We stayed in the 10-bed dorm which was surprisingly quiet and cool even though it was mid summer.
