Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Stayed here while visiting krakow. Lovely clean hotel, in the comfort room we had kettle, coffee maker, fridge and safe and wifi at no extra costs free water in room, also free water and apples in reception, only thing id say is take some bin liners as you only get your room cleaned every 3 days so if your bins fill you can empty it and put liner outside room to be collected. Bins do not have liners in them Great bathroom with shower also great breakfast and bar, you can also hsve room service, 15 min walk to main square, overall a great hotel

Firstly the hotel is very well located, the rooms are as expected, very clean and appealing. Breakfast was excellent, and staff I engaged with were very friendly and informative. I emailed in advance requesting an upper level room, which we were allocated and also an early check in, which I was told was possible for an additional charge. On arrival we weren’t able to go into the room early as advised and eventually had to leave our luggage in the custody of the hotel in the security room. When we returned later in the day, I retrieved my bags only to discover that local currency left in one of my bags, was no longer there. I spoke with a member of staff immediately and was directed to the duty manager, who was informed of the incident. I met with the duty manager the next day who informed that they had view the cctv, with nothing seen, people did enter the room but a member of staff was near to where my bag was stored with their back to the camera. I informed them that the incident was going to be reported to the police, not because it was a large amount of money, only 240 zloty, but because someone had gone through my bags while it was in the hotels custody. I’m aware of a disclaimer being in place for any losses. I would not use the facility again

Dear andrewkF2272WD Thank you for your stay and feedback. I am very sorry to read what you wrote because you slandered my employees who work honestly to take care of our guests. There are so many possibilities in which the money could have fallen on the street, been transferred by you to another place or pocket, stolen in another place. Despite of our cooperation, checking everything on cameras and our confirmation that NO ONE touched your backpack while it was in the luggage room, you made such an accusation comment. I confirm that No ONE touched your backpack. Everything is visible on cameras. Our luggage room is locked and monitored 24 hours. I will be happy to provide the police with the video from the luggage room. Why the police have not contacted us yet? I also informed our lawyer regarding this defamation. Best Regards

Just come back from a lovely trip!! We had 3 nights stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. If you want clean towels etc you have to ask at reception as they only clean the rooms every 3 days which we thought was a bit random. So in both rooms the bins were over flowing. It was soooo hot to one evening in the bar we had to go back up to our room instead to cool down with the window open. However our overall stay was just what we needed and I would stay again it is a nice hotel. There is a shop just a couple mins walk along to the left. And walking to the main old town is about 10 minutes walk.

Fabulous hotel! Perfect location for Krakow old town and also exploring. Lovely food, breakfast was especially good, excellent food choices. Blackout curtains were the best I've come across. The hotel was spotlessly clean! I would definitely recommend the hotel and look for other Leonardo hotels in other cities.

Stayed here on 3rd floor overlooking park- tram lines below so can be disturbing if light sleeper. Hotel food and bar good. Rooms comfortable. Only downside is rooms only cleaned every third day so ours didn’t get done. It’s a 8-10 min walk into old town centre and 12 mins opposite way to Kazimierz and 6 min walk to the castle. Would stay here again

We had a great stay at this hotel and would happily stay again. It’s a perfect location for the old market and getting picked up/dropped off for tours. The breakfast had something for everyone, a vegetarian did not struggle to find things to eat. The rooms were fine and the staff were so polite and helpful. Can’t fault it

This hotel is in the perfect location. 10 minutes walk to the new & old town. Spotlessly clean rooms, nice bar area / room service but breakfast was overpriced. Appreciated leaving our luggage there whilst we waited to go to the airport , along with a 12pm check out it’s very helpful. Would stay here again.

We had a 4 night stay here in Feb 2024. I chose the hotel due to the proximity to the old town and the castle. It was perfect for that. I would have given it 5* except for a couple of things. First of all the room was lovely, very clean, bathroom was excellent but shower didn’t close properly due to a broken seal. The room had a free safe and fridge which useful but room lacked storage space. There was a shall wardrobe with hanging space with one shelf above. There were no drawers at all. On side of the bed had a small table and the other had a small shelf unit. Breakfast was quite varied with hot and cold dishes. You could make your own waffles. The hot food needed to be much hotter, a simple microwave would have solved this issue. Bar area was comfortable and we ate there on a couple of times and the food was good and good value.
