Definitely worth the money, usually the best option when visiting Krakow. It's very close to the train station and main square. The rooms are clean and quite comfortable. Kind staff, free buffet breakfast.

It is hard to explain my feelings but I felt not truly welcome -My credit - card - yes, but not me. The check-in procedures, cold foye, dull corridors, rooms with traffic view, everything like the former century hotel. It might be 3 stars officially but I have been to many 2 stars that are more customer-friendly. I think the...

This is my regular place to stay when in Krakow, and I always feel very comfortable there. All the staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms are pleasant and well-maintained. The price is good value for money. The biggest plus of this hotel is the location. You have the train/bus stations and main shopping centre a minute's walk from...

We stayed at this hotel in April for 4 nights a group of eleven people. We were all very satisfied with every aspect of the hotel. Rooms very clean and well serviced. Staff very pleasant and helpful. We all loved Krakow its a beautiful city and the hotel is ideally placed only a few minutes walk to the main square.

A premium hotel with good facilities. I used for ease of transport to airport on last night's stay in Poland. The room was excellent and the breakfast superb. The hotel is within a five minute walk of krakow's main square. Not for those on a tight budget, but a nice treat.

I stayed here for 2 nights while in Poland on business. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I was disappointed to find out wifi was only available in the hotel lobby. I brought my iPad so I could not connect to the hard connection that is offered in each room. The other thing that was a little...
