On arrival to this beautiful hotel we realised that we were more out of the centre we anticipated , but to be honest we are glad we chose this location of the hotel it was one of the most accommodating hotel we have stayed in. The rooms were spacious and spotless and very updated to a oriental theme the bed was soo comfortable and the rooms were warm and cosy despite the freezing cold weather outside. The breakfast was beautiful, plenty to choose from, cereals, yogurts, a selection of bacon, scrambled egg polish sausage, fresh fruit and a huge selection fresh veg fish and meats. it’s one of the best continental breakfast choice we have had in our travels, you don’t go hungry here. The staff were wonderful, helpful and accommodating. They helped us many occasions to sort our trips out, book taxis etc they all shone out with their hospitality. The hotels situation must not deter people booking. Situated a 5 minute walk the back of the hotel is a small selection of shops from bakeries, nail bars minimart clothes shop and a wonderful little market we fell upon. Across the road is a huge shopping complex and the biggest Corrafour supermarket selling everything you need, also the bus station and the tram station is a 5 minute stroll from the hotel. The number 8 tram which runs every 15 minutes from 6am till 12 pm will take you direct to Krackow town centre in 20 minutes for little as 90p or 3.40 zl pp each way or you can jump in a taxi for as little as 25 zl or £5. The peacefulness, hospitality, food and the overhaul experience of the hotel was a huge advantage of our holiday and we definitely return in the near future it was faultless. Thank you for a wonderful week.

We visited Kraków for 3 nights, and I have to say the hotel is fabulous. Very modern, clean and staff are friendly. It is a quiet hotel which is what we wanted as hotels close to city centres can be very noisy and too busy. This was perfect for us, Ola the waitress/bar attendant made our trip that bit better she couldn’t do enough for us while we stayed in the Metropolo. It is a few minutes away from the city centre though there are busses and trams a 2 minute walk from the hotel. The number 8 tram takes you right into the centre for 3.40 zloty which is about €1. We also used Uber to get around and a taxi to the centre is roughly 16/18 zloty. Very cheap to get around which we found great. There’s a market at the back of the hotel, an Aldi close by which was handy for bottles of water and Snacks for trips. Can not fault this hotel one bit. I would definitely stay if we visit Kraków again

It is a good hotel, situated in a quiet zone, very near to the tram station from which you can arrive directly to the old town within 20 minutes. It is a good option for a few nights stay in order to visit beautiful Krakow. It is very clean and the staff is friendly.

We spent Monday to Friday here this week. Had a lovely stay. The hotel is clean and modern looking. The room was plenty big enough and plenty warm enough for the time of year.
Don’t be put off by the distance out of the centre where the hotel is situated. It’s a 20 minute tram ride to and from the areas where it’s all happens’. If you arrive at the airport, don’t bother with the train at the minute as there’s few trains so you take the rail replacement bus - this is still the same cost as the train - 12 zloty pp. Better still, go outside the airport and catch bus 208 - 4.80 Zloty each, takes a little longer, but stick with it, you get to see some of the residential areas and it drops you off at the combined bus and train station. Then find the tram stop and catch tram number 19, this takes you all the way to Boreki Falski stop which is a two minute walk to the hotel, 30 minute journey. In order you travel from the hotel to the centre, catch tram number 8 and that stops you off close to either the Jewish quarter or the main square, both only a couple of minutes walk away from tram stops.
All in all, we had a lovely time, extremely comfortable and well treated by the hotel staff. Would definitely stay here again when we return to Kraków :)

A quiet location, few minutes round the corner from the end of the tram line which takes you into the city centre for about £1! Lovely comfortable rooms with decent shower & tea/coffee making facilities (though creamer rather than milk 😕). Breakfast (<£10 pp per day) was a buffet with a huge choice of cereals, breads, pastries, hot food, pancakes, cold meats, cheeses etc. The scrambled egg & fresh bread was exceptional. Staff throughout the hotel were friendly & helpful.

Stayed here at the beginning of December for my boyfriends birthday and the hotel is absolutely stunning, the lobby looks like something you’d see in home alone! Only downside is it’s about a 10-15 minute Uber journey into the centre about £6 each way, we attempted to use the tram which is the 8 in and out, but we ended up an HOUR away from krakow, so just to be safe we’d recommend to use Uber. Hotel staff are brilliant some of them are fluent English & polish which is very helpful and one of them translated for me to the Uber delivery for food. You can order food to the hotel via Uber eats and they will contact your room when it’s ready. Beds are 2 singles pushes together, but still comfy. Brilliant stay next time would probably stay closer to the old town centre. X

Wow what can I say !? This is one of the most friendliest nicest hotel I have ever stayed in! The hotel arranged me a taxi when I arrived at the airport for me which was so lovley as most of the taxi drivers do not speak English.

The beds are comfy the rooms are modern and clean. The reception and bar staff are so lovley. Our WiFi didn't work one evening and they sorted it out as soon as they could. I had dinner in the restaurant one night and it is truly stunning. Reminds me of a top restaurant you would eat out in London. The night we went in the restaurant they had a deal where you get a free glass of wine so that was lovley. We had the breakfast twice which was buffay style so you can just help yourself I believe breakfast was equivalent of ten pounds as it was 100polish currency. I recommend the chocolate croissant with nuts on so nice.

The hotel is about a 15 min drive from the main city centre but we just got taxis every day which were a decent price about a fiver.

There is an Aldi a few mins up the road and a Lidl about 6 min drive too if you want to go shopping. I would definitely stay here again what a lovley gem of a hotel.

Tasha and Chloe x

Not a great experience
Booked & paid for 3 of us inc our 5 year old
No provision made for our son
Their expectation was that children under 10(!) sleep in the same bed as their parents
They wanted an additional charge for Z bed which we really couldn’t comprehend. It really wasn’t about the cost so much but more over, their complete lack of customer service or understanding.
Their actual words were, ‘ this is a 4 star hotel, you have to pay’
Wow! 4 star hotel perhaps but 1 star guest service.
Staff in the main were entirely miserable and unwelcoming
Their saving grace was a manageress who quickly grasped the situation, intervened and remedied the situation to our satisfaction.
The hotel itself, spacious, well appointed room however no USB charge points, some plug sockets didn’t work and only 1 intermittent English speaking tv channel (France 24 in English)
Couldn’t fault the wi-fi.
Hotel wasn’t busy. Spacious, contemporary lobby area but restaurant & bars soulless so didn’t bother with them
Location wise, ok In so much as close to tram station, an Aldi & nearby local market and retail park but if you want Krakow city centre, it’s a near 30 minute tram ride & walk to main market square/Bugle Tower on the other side of the river
Better location for Kazimierz ie Jewish Quarter & Schindler’s factory & Plaszow but still a tram ride.
Would we go again? No
Probably an ideal conference centre type hotel but if you want to experience Krakow without the faff (and attitude & travel) then stay north of the river.

Lovely hotel. Great location for krakow old town. We would just book a bolt taxi and it would take us there for less than £10 in 20 mins
The room was immaculate as was the bathroom. I think it was one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in.
Only downside to the room was it so warm. The air con was not much help.
The restaurant menu was limited but what we had was delicious.
Breakfast was not great but I think that was more cultural than quality. If you like meat and cheese at 9am then it’s great.

I loved this beautiful new hotel. The interior design is amazing. Large spaces everywhere. The room was equipped very well and the comfort of the bed is also good quality. At the breakfast the good experience continued there was a wide range of delicious local cousines and other meals as well. The meeting room was large and shiny with the latest technology level.

Hi, there doesn't seem to be. We went on 2 different trips & they both picked us up from the same place. I think that they must only pick you up from your hotel if it is on their route. It is really easy to get into the city, though and we used Google Maps to get around.
