Very far away from city centre, no public transport nearby so need to spend a lot of money on taxi. Not helpful staff at the reception, charging for everything.... being overcharged for breakfast for my children!!! First thing you get at the door is the info that u need to pay for your room! No bottled water in the room.... More

Only thing Superior is the name. There is a swimming pool but you were charged each time you wanted to use it. We were there for 5 days not once were the beds made towels changed or carpets hoovered. No bar and so far from bus stop at least a 20 min walk. Bus/Taxi had to be used to reach... More

Not really impressed with the hotel, rooms are comfortable, but that's it, no resturant & no Bar!, no coffee making facilities in the rooms, about 3 1/2 miles from city centre & quite a walk to the nearest bus stop, which would be OK, if you understand polish, so you have to rely on taxi's to get to the main... Arrived at the hotel to be told that the room booked for 3 people was in fact only for 2 and we would have to pay an additional £26 for a put up bed. We argued this but the hotel said it wasn't their problem. My son got locked out of his room and as it was 11.00 pm and... More

This hotel is also known as Hotel Daisy, it is advertised as two separate hotels, but they are one and the same hotel. If I could give this Hotel a minus rating I would. Warning in my opinion you are putting your lives at risk staying in this Hotel. There are no smoke detectors whatsoever! There is no Fire alarm... More

We were very disapointed from the place. The window in the room was broken - couldn't be closed properly, remote controller for AC had non functional - old batteries. Toilet leaked, so urine smell was all over the bathroom. No glass for the tooth brush, even though the hanger for the glass was there, no boiling water facilities. "wellness" area... More

As far as the location is in the suburbs and it takes approx. 5km to the center. If you decide to ask for a taxi you can call from the reception because you pay 18zlotov compared with other taxisti that will count 30zlotov. A major drawback is that the hotel does not offer dinner. They have an open bar is... More

The people at the reception were kind and helpful. The room was simple but clean and neat. There's a bus stop near the hotel and you can easily reach the centre. We liked the swimming pool best and the breakfasts were tasty.
