Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.

Wow ! What can we say this hotel was all round perfect for our first trip to krakow. We only stayed 2 nights as this was a Christmas present for my fiancé as he wanted to visit Auschwitz. However, this quirky hotel was perfect. It’s was clean, modern, central and had everything you needed. We were greeted with a free bottle of fizz, some fresh fruit and a minibar that was also free to use. Everything in the bedroom was controlled by a phone (lights, blinds, aircon etc..) and this was very easy to use. It was nice to be able to control from the comfort of your bed. The bed itself was very comfy, and also the shower in the bathroom was beautiful. It was hot and the pressure was perfect. Sadly, we didn’t get to try the breakfast as we had to get up very early every morning. However, next time we visit krakow we will be back to this hotel, to try the bar and restaurant. All the stay were friendly and helpful , they even helped us book a taxi for 3am in the morning.

Hotel's Favourite
One of my favourite hotels to date. What a gem! Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is located perfectly in between old town and kazmierz. You can walk to each area within 15 minutes. The room is super high tech. Everything via tablet in the room or cell phone given to you. Air conditioning, window covering, lights can be controlled via tablet. Room is nice and large with big bathroom, fridge, coffee machine and everything in the mini bar included. Pop, water and a bottle of Prosecco. Another huge bonus is free parking at the hotel and breakfast included. Breakfast had a menu for ordering hot items that are amazing and a huge buffet for everything else . When booking the hotel you do have a option for all inclusive which includes lunch and dinner meals which we did not take however food looked amazing. The restaurant is open 24/7 for guests. There is a jacuzzi on the top floor outside when you can go and enjoy the view from top. Sauna was closed for renovations while we visited. This hotel is adult only as well so kids are not allowed. My new favourite in Krakow.

My wife and I went to Krakow for four days and we stayed here… The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the room was very nice and the bed very comfortable. It’s a very modern hotel, you have a Samsung phone which operates everything to do with your room, from door entry,to lighting and heating. Very impressive… The hot tub on the roof is a perfect way to relax after walking around the city all day. The food at the hotel is very nice and very reasonably priced,if we were to return to Poland I’d definitely stay here again.

My partner and I stayed here whilst we visited Poland to see Aushcwitz. The hotel is located a few minutes walk to the centre of Krakow. It is welcoming, relaxing and modern. We were checked in and given a phone which operates everything including the door, lighting and TV. We were encouraged to make use of the mini fridge and we were greeted with a bottle of Prosecco. All included in the price. The room was spotless and had everything needed including robes and slippers. The bed was super comfy and we were instantly relaxed. There are facilities such as a roof top hot tub and jacuzzi which we didn’t have time to use. The hotel bar and restaurant serve the most delicious food, I recommend the calzone and the soup - all at such a great price. We were surprised to find that breakfast was also included!! Which was delicious. The staff are so friendly and are on hand for anything! Food and drinks can be ordered to the room if required. We will definitely be returning this year, we wouldn’t stay anywhere else now. 5 stars from us!

We stayed at this hotel for my wife’s birthday, we booked suite 51 on the top floor. The suite has 2 bedrooms both en-suite as well as another shower room, there is also an hot tub. The hotel also has a communal hot tub and jacuzzi. The restaurant and bar are open 24 hours, the only bar in Krakow open 24 hours, every time you order a drink you get pop corn and nuts, nice little touch. Pizza and calzone are very good. Every room gets a bottle of Prosecco on arrival. We booked a car to pick us up from the airport and return journey reasonably priced, I also booked for our arrival in the room to be decorated with balloons, happy birthday sign, chocolates and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick break and would highly recommend this hotel, we will be back for sure.

We had an amazing 3 night stay at this hotel, the location is fantastic just a few minutes from the train station and an 8-10 minute walk to the town square. The Jewish Quarter is also close by. Plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants nearby too. The staff were friendly and helpful and room service was good with amazing pizzas, so tasty. The rooftop hot tub was lovely especially in the cold weather outside. We got a free bottle of prosecco in our room which was a nice touch and the mini bar in the room was re stocked daily. Could not fault the hotel or the service, would definitely come back here

When we arrived Gabriella was on reception to explain everything to us. The rooms are all operated by a phone which they supply and you leave them at reception so no worrying about loosing them. The rooms were of a decent size dark decorated with some hipster modern twists. The shower was a big of a strange configuration and seemed small even there was plenty of space to have made it bigger. Good strong flow of water and nice shampoo body gel etc supplied The hot tub on the roof was fabulous. Lovely and hot with good strong jets. Food in restaurant was very tasty though service was a bit slow at times. Most of the staff were lovely especially Gabriella and girl with long hair that worked with her. Gabriella has a fab personality to work in the hospitality industry. Some others esp restaurant staff could barely manage a smile Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel. The location was excellent and within walking distance from most main sites
