9 of stayed here for 4 nights. Checking in was straight forward and the receptionist very friendly and helpful.

The rooms are immaculate and were very clean, i stayed in a studio apartment which had a kitchenette, kettle, coffee machine, mini-bar, microwave, iron, wardrobe, air-con, TV and a good sized bathroom. The others in our group had a split level apartment where the bed was upstairs, they were big rooms and also contained everything you need.

Breakfast orders were taken the day before but i didn't have any but the other members of our group said it was very nice. You can help yourself to free tea and coffee if you would like it.

The centre of the building has a courtyard where you can sit outside, we took advantage of this on the final night as one of our party had a birthday. The staff helped arranged to get a cake and champagne for us which was reasonably priced. As long as your done by 10pm as that's when "quiet time" in the hotel starts.

For the price that was paid for the stay, it was very good value for money. I would definitely stay here again.

The location is a 10 minute walk away from the main square so ideal for exploring the city.

Thanks for a pleasurable stay.

Booked 4 separate apartment rooms through Airbnb, in which Anna was really helpful answering any questions I had and helping me reserve the rooms.

The hotel was perfect for our trip. The staff were really friendly when we checked in. 2 of the rooms were available early so we were able to leave our bags and then check in to the other 2 rooms later in the afternoon.

We had 3 x deluxe apartments and 1 double floor apartment. The rooms were very big and easily slept 3-4 people in. Most rooms had 2 bathrooms as well which was great, as well as a small kitchen area with a fridge.

The location was the main benefit of the hotel, just a 5 minute walk into the main square of Krakow. We didn't have the breakfast in the hotel, but there was plenty of shops and cafes within a couple of minutes.

Overall this was a brilliant hotel for our trip to Krakow and I would definitely recommend!

Couldn't have placed this hotel better myself. It's a 10 minute walk into Old Town one way or a 10 minute walk to the Jewish District the other way. I was sold on the pictures of the rooms on this website and I wasn't disappointed. I chose a room with a balcony which meant that I could sit outside in the evening and enjoy the warm weather and the bottle of wine the hotel left for me. The balcony looks over the courtyard which means it is also very quiet.
The hotel has adapted well to COVID and all staff wore face masks all the time and there were dispensers placed all over the hotel. Instead of a breakfast buffet the hotel took breakfast orders the night before and had the meal ready for you in the restaurant at your chosen time the next day. The breakfast options are numerous and within reason you can select as much as you want.
I think for what I paid for my stay the standard was remarkable and I'll be recommending it to everyone I know who travels to Krakow when the world returns to normal.

Ventus Rosa owners and staff surely know what real hospitality is. Communication with the hotel was incredible and they were very understanding about potential cancellation. Young ladies on the reception were always smiling and happy to help.
Breakfast was different every morning ( I stayed for 4 days). My room felt so clean that it gave the impression I was the first guest staying there.
There were coffee pods and tea bags in my room and even some lovely bath salts.
My room had a sunlit balcony overlooking courtyard and it was very quiet at night.
Beds were comfortable.
So overall - great place.
IF I had to be picky and find a flaw - only then I would say that a toaster would have been good at breakfast time. But then again - bread rolls they served were warm. So scratch that.

I booked a superior room in this new property perfectly located near Krakow old town. The suite is spacious, comfortable, clean and quiet as in a patio. Cleaning is done upon request, during your stay. Room 305 is lacking privacy as overlooking directly room 304 balcony. The staff is nice. The breakfast is good but quite similar every morning. The rooms on the 3rd and last floor can be noisy when raining as located under the roofs. In the room, you have a kitchenette with an espresso coffee machine, which is convenient. This property offers very good value for money!

Beautiful building and the rooms are very cosy and well equipped. Small fridge, hob, Nespresso coffee make, kettle and espresso pot are all there. There are a few saucepans and utensils, crockery and cutlery is plentiful. There is also a microwave. Everything is so clean. The beds are comfy and towels are refreshed frequently. Breakfast is available in the restaurant and there is a good variety of options, staff are happy to help if you want something. Location wise, about 10-15 walk to the main square. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby the hotel, and small convenience stores for anything you need. The main tram stop is 5 minutes away and trams are plentiful. Although this is close to everything, it is still quiet. This was our second visit and won't be our last. The staff are really lovely, and they help with anything you need. The airport transfer is good value and very convenient. Looking forward to our next trip.

Our room was lovely, comfortable, clean, well equipped. Water tea and coffee provided and replenished when needed. We had a kitchen area with fridge, kettle, coffee maker and everthing you would need if you wanted to cook for yourself. The fridge was a mini bar. We had a little bacony looking onto the courtyard with a bistro table and two chairs. All of the staff we encountered were lovely. Polite and helpful, especially Wiktoria. The hotel staff arranged our trips to Auschwitz and the salt mine as well as our airport transfers and a taxi to Starka restauant one evening. Nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was a delight. Plentiful and varied. They even had a candy floss machine for the "children".
Lovely, lovely hotel right where you would want to be. 5 minute walk to the market square, 15-20 minutes to Jewish quarter or castle. There is a tram stop at the end of the street which we used to go to Schindlers museum.

Firstly I need to point out due to the Coronavirus we didn’t actually come to Krakow or stay at this hotel, but I needed to point out how much I appreciated the phone call from them advising not to travel due to the boarder closing within a few hours the night we were due to arrive. We had no indication from the airline advising us of this, we literally were ready to set off to the airport when the hotel called. They literally saved us from what could of been us stranded in krakow for god knows how long. We defiantly plan on staying here whenever the time comes where we can book again. Thank you so much xx

This was our third time staying with Ventus Rosa but the first time at the new location, boutique hotel, it was just perfect. Our room was spotlessly clean and we had a pretty balcony overlooking a pretty courtyard. Our room was lovely and spacious with everything we would need. Very comfortable bed and the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in. Breakfast was impressive with a choice of hot buffet along with fresh yogurts/toast/croissants - you name it they had it / even fresh from the bee hive honey which was delicious! The reception staff were friendly and helpful. Few minutes walk to the centre. We wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Krakow. It’s perfect
