Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Having read reviews I just think I ended up in a totally different hotel. The rooms were ok (beds a bit soft and a double was just two singles pushed together). Had two rooms — one was made up the other wasn’t. No big deal but inconsistent. Booked breakfast but it was poor and to be honest overly expensive. There was hardly any choice, and what was available looked so unappetising. We were there for two nights so hoped it would be better the following day - it wasn’t. Bar staff were not very helpful when we went for a drink and as customers we did not feel that welcome. Loved Krakow, felt welcome in bars around hotel but on a return trip will stay elsewhere.

Fabulous hotel in the Bohemian Jewish quarter. Great room , super friendly staff and a good breakfast. The Jewish quarter is a hive of activity with a wide selection of bars and restaurants. The place was lively in the evenings and we weren't there at the weekend

we stayed 4 nights in this hotel, all staff young and very polite and made us feel very welcome. it is right in the middle of the Old Jewish quarter and great walks all around to go see so much history. I would stay here again. would book a different room but all in all a lovely experience with very nice staff.

This hotel is located in the Jewish area. It is an ideal location as on a square with lots of restaurants in walking distance. It is a really clean well run restaurant. We had bed and breakfast. The breakfast had a varied choice and was open till 11am. We ate dunner one night here. It was delicious. Our room was very spacious with 3 single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, table and chairs. There is a mini bar, a kettle and hairdryer. The bathroom has a walk in shower. We were on the first floor. There is a lift to other floors. I would definitely recommend.

Spent 2 nights here, very nice comfortable hotel. Room was a good size and very clean. Excellent communication from the hotel ( our son booked it via booking.com and every time we had a question he emailed them and they replied promptly) Good location, about 15 mins walk to the Old Town Market Sq and about the same to Schindlers factory. The hotel also recommended a tour company, Krakow Direct, to book a trip to Auschwitz, which was very good. Very good restaurant just around the corner for breakfast and evening meals.

Hugely good value. Very helpful staff who went above and beyond. Comfortable, good sized rooms. Clean bathrooms. All you’d expect at a very reasonable price. No complaints at all about the hotel. We didn’t want to party until 3am, so we’re not pleased with noise levels from outside. It’s outside hotel’s control, but immediately outside is a taxi rank and over the road a 24 hour bar. It’s a lively area, with lots of restaurants and bars - including some very good ones. It’s a bit party central at weekends. Fine if you want to party, but take earplugs!

Well placed for exploring Jewish quarter and a short walk from Castle and old town. Bedroom plenty big enough, lovely modern bathroom. Could do with better lighting in wardrobe and more shelves or drawers for clothes. Mattress very soft. Walls very thin! Continental breakfast offered plenty of choice. Friendly English speaking staff.

If choose 2 words to describe this hotel, ones would be "slowest hotel"... It has probably the slowest elevator I have ever seen in my life, to get up 1 floor takes entire hours... The same applies to the one and only coffee machine in the breakfast hall ( do they call it restaurant ? ), which takes an age to produce cup of simple coffee... and service is definetely not the speedy one and slightly disorganised. Hotel itself is centrally located, within walking distance to all central places. Taxi from airport cost 129 PLN as per zoning tariffs. A number of place to eat and drink around. Rooms are relatively large and have needed amenities. Water pressure and temperature was ok. Indoor climate was good. Breakfast is reasonable choice and quality, however small area and as mentioned only one extremely slow coffee machine. There is NO PARKING around, so forget even start thinking to come here by car. The hotel on my understanding fits only conventional city sightseeing tourists. Not my choice for next visit.

This hotel is in a great location for exploring. It's 10-15 minute walk to the old town and about the same to the ghetto. The staff were ever so helpful and emailed a few days before to see if they could help arranging an airport transfer which they did, upon arrival we were greeted with a smile and we were a little early so had to wait for our room which was totally understandable. The rooms themselves are spacious, quiet, and very clean and modern. There is nothing I would change, I asked for extra pillows, and 5 minutes later, they were there with them. We were flying back home fro. Another airport and the reception were great at sorting the transfer out for that, too. Nothing was too much trouble and I really enjoyed everything about this hotel. I will defenatly return and recommend it.
