Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

We thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality of the entire staff at thehotel. We originally were put in a room facing the street but they were able to accommodate us in a room overlooking the beautiful garden area in the back of the hotel. The room had a great view of the castle. If you check in, highly recommend that you ask for a room facing the back. We were lucky enough to have a top floor room which had a skylight that could open and close at night. Enjoyed our stay!

Hotel's Favourite
We enjoyed a fabulous bank holiday stay with a trip booked pre covid to see Andrea Bocelli at the Tauron. The staff at this hotel are the best I’ve ever come across, so friendly and attentive, nothing is too much trouble. The emails before our stay were excellent, very responsive and helpful in re arranging our stay. We booked the delightful queen suite which made our stay truly magnificent, spacious and extremely clean. The finish on the decor is the best we’ve ever seen, all furnishings are high end and carefully selected. The carpets were stunning, breakfast was superb, very relaxed, great staff, so much choice and an excellent coffee machine. I could not fault a single thing, we were extremely happy we selected this hotel and would visit again just to stay at this hotel. A must stay for a very luxurious comfortable visit to the beautiful city of Krakow. Special thanks to Jan and the team. Excellent

We couldn’t have chosen a better location in Krakow. Easy walking distance to The Main Square, Jewish Quarter and the castle. Our room was large, comfortable and immaculately clean with a lovely view of the castle.. Breakfast was a delicious treat every morning in the beautiful restaurant. We found the staff friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay her again.

Great location. Spotlessly clean. Great sized rooms. Breakfast really nice and plenty of choice. Most importantly for us, the staff were so lovely and friendly. It’s located around 15 mins walk from the main square. Also walking distance to most places. Would 100% recommend!

This is a really fantastic hotel. Perfectly located between the old part and the Jewish part of Krakow. We had a great room with a balcony overlooking a park area. The room spacious and everything needed was provided. Breakfast was lovely with masses of choice. We also ate in the hotel restaurant (Amarylis) which was absolutely fab! Just a quick note as we didn't realise until day 2 but you can order drinks/cocktails/snacks in the lounge area of the hotel. Would def recommend and will be back!

This is second time staying here. The hotel is spotless, all staff very professional and caring. Breakfast is delicious and plentiful. Bedrooms have everything you need, we requested an iron before our arrival which was left in our room for us. Airport transfers prearranged with hotel, nothing was too much bother. The hotel is ideally situated within walking distance main square and Jewish quarter. We would highly recommend a stay at Queen Boutique Hotel and will return.

Great location between the old town and Jewish quarter. The rooms were lovely and clean and beds were very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful, also very polite, standing every time we entered the reception area. Breakfast had a great selection, as well as buffet they also offered freshly cooked food such as omelettes, fried eggs etc. We could find no faults with this hotel and would highly recommend staying there.
