Just had a lovely three nights at the New port Hotel in Krakow. We had arranged for an airport transfer via the hotels reception. I was messaged by a lovely gentleman called Kamil, to inform me the day before arrival that we’d be picked up by a driver who would be clearly displaying our name. We were transferred (7 adults, 3 large suitcases and a wheelchair) no problem in a lovely Opel Vivaro straight to the “Wotel”. We arrived at 10am and were very lucky to get early access to a couple of our rooms. On site, there was a large selection of eateries within the Hala Forum, offering a variety of very affordable food specialities . (Sushi, Burgers, pizza and pasta, Mexican etc) This was also where breakfast was provided, using an efficient order and collect buzzer system, when the food was ready. Kamil and his colleagues provided a fantastic transport service to all our trip destinations. (The Salt mines, Auschwitz etc) All in all, we had a fantastic stay at the New Port Hotel and we are already looking into arranging a second break back there and more than happy to stay a second time at New Port 😊. Krakow is a clean, picturesque and friendly city with a great transport system (Ubers, trams etc), all at very affordable prices 😊

A beautiful hotel in an idyllic location, perfect for couples! Located on the river with fantastic views and a cabin feel. A short tram ride to the old town and the Forum a stones throw away for drinks and food. The bedroom hosts a massive bed and the bathroom is super modern with a small but perfect sitting room with flat screen tv. Would highly recommend

Excellent stay for a 3 night break in Krakow. Hotel is very modern and clean. It’s only a 25 minute journey to the centre of Krakow if you use the tram, the nearest stop is roughly a 5 minute walk from the hotel. The views on the water are beautiful and it is in a very peaceful location, just outside the city centre. You can also feed ducks/swans from your balcony/window as they provide seeds for guests in reception. Instant coffee/tea are available in the rooms and there is a coffee machine available to use in reception too. There’s plenty of shops and restaurants nearby and overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a relaxing stay in Krakow!

The room was very cosy & comfortable. The bed was amazing. Some really nice little touches....complimentary earbuds, cotton pads, emery board, toothbrushes & toothpaste etc in bathroom. Toiletries were pleasant. Tea/ coffee in room. mini bar reasonably priced. Staff very pleasant. Very nice coffee & hot choc available in reception, even though we had to walk quite a ways from our room to get. We were able to easily access Netflix via Chromecast on the TV....another nice touch. Breakfast was included at the Hala forum,a short walk...& we were very impressed with the food court. The only negative is the stairs up to the bed platform were a little tricky but wouldn't put me off booking here again, We will definitely be back.😁

Beautiful, comfortable small hotel. Location is great with a 25mins walk into town or 10min tram journey with the stop being close. Opposite the hotel you can grab some breakfast (cheap). Only small complaint is not having to swipe into the building where rooms are, meaning anyone can come outside your room. Don’t forget your seeds to feed the ducks from your room

Highly recommend this hotel. Absolutely beautiful so comfy and cosy. The little details were thought of down to blankets to snuggle up on the sofa chromecast and wifi in all rooms. Mini bar and huge selections of teas and coffee. We had travelled for my partners birthday I had emailed the hotel prior to arrival to see if I could get some special treats in the room for arrival and they did not dissapoint beautiful bottle of prosecco rose petals balloons it was lovely. The staff are amazing and really friendly. The location is perfect and I will definitely return. Thank you for making our stay in poland a fabulous one.

Great room with a beautiful view across the river. Lovely facilities inside, reasonably priced mini bar and very comfortable bed. 10-15 mins walk to the Kazmiercz District and approx 30-35 mins walk to the Old Town. Reception was really helpful anytime we went, and we will definitely be returning.

Being a newer hotel with mostly glowing reviews, we had high expectations for here. Unfortunately it misses the mark. Pros: Friendly staff Modern decor Good location Amazing views from room Tablet to control lights, blinds and temperature Hot drinks included free in reception Cons: Limited headroom over the bed, hit our head when getting up a view times. No soundproofing (you can hear everything from the corridor and the neighbouring rooms bed area due to the airvents. If you don’t want to hear people getting frisky so clearly you could be in the actual room with them, stay somewhere else) Precarious stairs (weird shape, steep, dusty and no hand rail.) No breakfast included? We got an email the day before to claim menu vouchers and when we arrived we were given a card for money off dinner at Pino on the river. We had breakfast at hala forum a couple of times. The first time we paid, the second time they asked if we were staying at new port. We said yes and they asked for our breakfast voucher. We’d been given no such thing. Room can sway sometimes when boats go past. Overall the location was great but the little things we experienced mean that we wouldn’t stay here again.

Lovely check in. Helpful and friendly. Rooms are compact but all you need and very quirky. Location super and lots of bars on the river opposite. We had a balcony room which was lovely to sit out on first thing in morning. The only issue for us is that the room really does move when boats go past and makes quite a noise . Although we weee mostly out during the day it was noisy over the weekend from the party boats. All in all it was good value and something different but maybe take motion sickness tablets if you have a weak stomach

Truly unique and very lovely little hotel floating on the Wisla river with stunning views of Wawel Castle . It’s in a fantastic location ( only a ten minute walk into town ) and has amazing views . It’s beautiful to get up in the morning and have that panoramic , breathtaking view of the river and south bank with the Castle /Church . It’s also located right next door from the Hala Forum with its bars , restaurants , chill out zones and world class coffee shop . Also adjacent to probably the best restaurant boat in Krakow - the Pino - which has an awesome top sun deck / bar full of deck chairs and bean bags . We had a room without an outside terrace which was fine . The rooms are compact but perfectly formed . Clean , modern with extensive mini bar , fast reliable Wifi, large screen digital TV , good air con and excellent electrically controlled modern amenities……. the bathroom in particular was very stylish . The only thing you have to be wary of are the multitude of pleasure cruises / boats in summer going past - the windows are so large , if you don’t shut the ( also electronically controlled ) blinds , be wary as they can see everything . Staff are polite and very helpful - housekeeping is of a high standard and never obtrusive . Stayed for 11 nights and by the end we’d become quite attached to our little floating super cool place on the river . Will definitely be back …. loved it 👌🏻
