The rooms have the best size and the cleaning service was excellent. We stay for few days and every day we have new towels. The location is perfect to move by feet everywhere in town. We try also the food of main menu and was fresh and delicious. We surely recommend it.

Just back from a 4 night stay in Krakow at the Xerion hotel. This is a lovely hotel which is located about a 20-25 minute walk to old town. Our room was comfortable and clean, we had requested a quiet room and that was what we got. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. All staff were friendly, helpful and pleasant. We had a room on 2nd floor and our friends were allocated on 3rd floor. The third floor room had a sloped ceiling which my friend hit his head on! They requested to be moved and this was no issue. The area roundabout the hotel has some shops and restaurants and we ate nearby on one of the evenings, handy if you don’t want to go further afield. We would return to this hotel if we visit Krakow again so that says it all.

Very contemporary feel. Room good size and air conditioned, quiet location. Some good restaurants nearby without needing to cross the river - about 20 mins walk to Main Square bit less to Castle. Breakfast OK but not huge variety for the price - fried eggs tasty but usually overcooked and only warm. A La carte breakfast items good though. Didn't try dinner and never saw anyone in the restaurant.

We stayed here for 3 nights, greeted with a friendly receptionist on arrival, we had booked a trip the next day through the hotel to Auschwitz, as it was a very early start she offered a takeaway breakfast of our choice. Room was comfortable and warm, had everything we needed. Walls are a little thin and there was a connecting door to the next room. Breakfast was plentiful and a great choice, even a menu for a few more hot items you could order at no extra cost. We had drinks in the bar and ate there one evening, reasonably priced and food was lovely. Only moans would be it was a little way out of town, not much in the way of bars etc that we found around us - maybe we looked in the wrong places. We are quite fit and it took us around 30 minutes to walk to town. The staff seemed rushed off their feet, one morning at breakfast it was very busy, the young girl worked hard but struggled to refill breakfast items and clear tables by herself. They were still helpful and professional but could have done with another member of staff. Would recommend this hotel, as long as you are happy to walk or take a tram or taxi into the town.

We stayed at Xeriok hotel Krakow for 3 nights in March 2024. Here's a short list of some personal pros & cons. Pros- Modern hotel. Nice shower room. Friendly staff. Allowed use of luggage room at time of checkout. Nice & quiet, away from the city centre so there was no crowd or traffic noise. Good access to trams & taxis to reach the city, trams took about 17 minites, taxis were obvious a bit faster. Plenty of convenience stores nearby. Cons - Away from the city centre so a 35 minute walk into the centre or need to use public transport or taxis. Trams are cheap and taxis are easier to find & cheaper when using the 'Bolt' app. Beds weren't amazing but at the same time not awful. If i had to be picky, just little things like not having a mirror over the dressing table seemed silly.

What a great hotel, booked through our travel agent. Friendliness, Cleanliness, Helpfulness. Everything about the hotel was perfect, room, food, location. Local transport close by, we used taxis for speed. About £3 to the old town £26 to the airport. Breakfast to die for , even a glass of Proseco. Would definitely go back. Tip, book direct with hotel.

Nice hotel offering a good breakfast but the restaurant was closed midweek and meals to be had in the bar Standard Atrium room was a good size and the TV only had Polish channels which did not affect us much as we were so busy sight seeing We arranged transport from and to the airport through the hotel and they were punctual and in good order

We loved our stay at Xerion, which was so close to perfect, good-sized room and bathroom both were immaculate. Our room was in the atrium, which was lovely, the bed was very comfortable and we both slept well, some reviews have mentioned thin walls and noise from neighboring rooms, we didn't hear anything to such. Breakfast was enjoyable with a good selection of cooked and continental options, there are additional at request hot items, we recommend the poached eggs with hollandaise as well as the omlettes which were beautifully cooked and a lovely way to start the day. I'm caffeine intolerant, this was not catered for, this isn't unusual for some countries, so always travel with some, so for me wasn't a major problem. Location wise the hotel is well situated to tram system, which will get to wherever you'd like to go and run very frequently. Tickets are available near to main stops. Bolt taxis are very cheap to use too, use the App to book these. The hotel is a short tram journey to the Old Town or a good 30 minute walk across the bridge, where you'll find many places to eat and drink, within walking distance to the hotel there are also some excellent places too, all very reasonably priced. We visited Auswitch & Birkenhau camps and the Salt Mines, we would recommend doing these on separate days, it's a lot to do in one day, there's lots of walking on both, not taking into account the emotional side of Auswitch & Birkenhau. Schindlers factory is a 10 minute walk from Xerion, we didn't book and places were available when we arrived, that's the chance you take when turning on spec. Where does it lose points? Check out 10am when breakfast ends at 11am; bar closes at 10pm even for residents, one night we couldn't get a drink at 21:45 as the girl had already closed down! TV in room could do with English speaking channel, even if it was only news channel but not the be all and end all. We thoroughly enjoyed pur visit to Krakow and will return, we will certainly stay at Xerion when we do, thanks to all staff who were friendly and helpful, especially the very jolly housekeeper who always had a cheery hello and was clearly proud to work at Xerion and so she should. Thank you for making our visit to this beautiful city memorable 💗 .

We loved this hotel in Krakow. We booked a small room in the atrium. The room was actually really big we were really happy with our room the atrium is lovely. The bathroom was huge too. Although we didn’t buy anything the mini bar prices were good too. Handy having the fridge to keep our water cool. The bar and reception areas are stunning we also found the bar prices to be really good we had a drink in there a few times before heading out to discover Krakow. The hotel staff were all really nice and friendly. We stupidly left some items in the room after checking out luckily our flight wasn’t till later that night so we left our luggage in the luggage room at the hotel. On our return the staff at reception immediately informed us we had left my Dyson straighteners in the room! Thank you for being so honest! My husband also left his house and car keys in the room! Got both back thankfully! We absolutely loved krakow and will be back! The hotel is near the Jewish quarter a lovely walk across the river takes about 35 minute to the old town the hotel is not far from the schindlers factory museum. Bolts are really cheap though. Do not use the local taxis they will rip you off! We walked for miles on this holiday we were lucky with the mild weather through for February:) There is a really cheap supermarket just down from the hotel which was handy. Overall a fantastic city break staying in a gorgeous hotel can’t fault anything :)

A beautiful, modern hotel situated just outside of the City Centre. Check- in was very smooth, we stayed on the lower ground floor. Despite reviews saying walls were thin, and the hotel was noisy, we had no trouble with this, and had an extremely comfortable, peaceful and pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful throughout, free drinks token on arrival was an added bonus. Staff are really knowledgeable, and have great English. Both bed and room are very comfortable, rooms are a great size, with huge bathroom. To get into the Old Town you can take various routes, but we found the easiest to be by tram. Transport was very cheap and efficient, approx 3/4 stops on the tram, or a 35/40 minute walk into the Old Town. The hotel is situated within a little neighbourhood, which has restaurants, convenience stores, and some beautiful buildings. I’d definitely stay here again, thank you!
