Friend of mine took me to this great place. I had a great time. Food was great, various ambiances, indoors and outdoors, pricing was correct given location, it was not over-crowded, and the dressing code was not too strict. I hope I will go there again soon

Just checking out of the Stradom House Hotel. It was a wonderful stay. I travel a lot and I struggle to remember staying at a better hotel. The location is great for the Old Town. The conversion of the old build to a hotel is sympathetically done. I stayed in the Chapel Suite and while not the biggest suite it was luxurious, unique with vaulted ceiling and a large marble bathroom with underfloor heating. The room was quiet which was great for sleep. To top it off the gym facilities are some of the best I have seen in a hotel. It was so relaxing here thot I had to force myself out to see the tourist attractions. I am now trying to find a reason to come back to Krakow so I can stay here again!

Located right between the Jewish quarter and the old town, this hotel is a fine base from which to explore Krakow. The gym is excellent and well-appointed, with free weights, machines, and plenty of stretching space. We had breakfast in the hotel each day in the Gaia restaurant - they offer 5 types of cooked breakfast, the highlight of which was the "polish breakfast" or poached egg on toast with bacon or trout. Hedgewig, the bar, is a nice spot to read in the afternoon, and it gets a bit busier in the evening. Lastly, the staff in the restaurants and hotels are lovely, and the concierge was very helpful in booking tickets and arranging tours.

Stunning interior design, friendly staff and the best pool/day spa facilities we’ve experienced. I had one of the best massages I’ve ever had in the spa (with the brilliant Karolina) and the pool, saunas, steam room and cryotherapy plunge pool were a delight.

It was a regenereting experience. The masseuse, Karolina, has been both professional and precise. The session was relaxing and focused on taking off all stress and contractions of the muscles. I strongly recommend this place to anyone that needs to rebalance.

We stayed twice two days either side of Easter. The staff were always extremely helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. We loved the lounge area and bar. It was a great place to sit and relax- and of course have a drink at the end of the day

Just returned from a short long weekend city break in Krakow. We stayed at Stradom House and certainly weren't disappointed! The hotel has fairly recently been completed and to an exceptionally high standard. The rooms are tastefully decorated and with all the facilities you would expect in a 5* hotel, along with a nice balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. With everything being new, you cannot fault anything really. One of the big call-outs should be the beds. In fact, we all said we couldn't recall a hotel bed ever being as comfortable! The only thing to perhaps be aware of in regards to the rooms, is that if you are on the first floor with a courtyard-view room, on Friday or Saturday nights, you can faintly hear the DJ's music from the bar...not enough to be a problem, however do be aware of this if you are a light sleeper and want an early night! Breakfast facilities are also very extensive in terms of the help-yourself options - cereals, home made granola, natural honey, fruits, breads & pastries, etc, as well as a short a la carte menu offering a number of hot options. All were generous portions and (of the ones we tried) delicious. The bar area is located in a huge domed room, based on the original chapel that was located in the building (I think!). The staff are great and at the weekends it is full of atmosphere, with a DJ playing from about 2130hrs until late, so it is advisable to reserve a table in advance if you want to sit in the main bar 'room'. The hotel also has what I think has to be one of the best equipped hotel gyms I've ever seen. Plenty of cardio and weight machines, along with a fair selection of free weights too. Additionally there were even bosu / balance balls and other similar equipment. The pool, steam room & saunas were also top level, surrounded by a number of beds to relax on after. There were also spa facilities, however we never got to use these. Based on the quality of everything else in the hotel, I doubt these would disappoint either! Lastly, on the staff, again really helpful, polite and made you feel welcome. On our last day, we were able to organise a late check out at 1400hrs as we had arranged a visit to the salt mines. We arrived back at the hotel at about 1245 and went locally for lunch. Unfortunately we were a little longer than expected and didn't return until 1500hrs. We apologised on arrival back and the response from the reception staff was to tell us not to worry, they were glad we had a good meal and to relax. All in all, a wonderful hotel, brilliant location and great staff. If you are looking for a luxury Krakow hotel, in an ideal location for the Jewish Quarter and Old Town (it's minutes walk from both), you really can't go wrong with the Stradom House!

Beautiful hotel. Staff and customer service was excellent. Bedroom was large and very quiet...no banging doors or noise from other guests! We had breakfast on one morning and it was delicious. Great bar. Fabulous location near the castle and a short walk (past lovely shops and cafes) to the main Square.
