Anna and the team at the apartments are amazing. Helped Arrange transfers tours and welcome basket on arrival. Apartments are ideally located in the Jewish quarter with an easy 10minute walk to the old town and castle. Apartments immaculate and in lovely location neighbours of eateries nearby.

I really loved staying here. The apartment comes fully stocked. I love how there is a washing machine and a kitchen for a very reasonable price. Anna was exceptional. She even answered my call at 10 o’clock at night because I was hearing noise upstairs. The only thing is that if you’re a light sleeper make sure there’s no one above you or that you’re on the top floor. Other than that get a courtyard room and it’s really quiet. Again I am so grateful to Anna For everything she did for me. Housekeeping was excellent. My room was cleaned mid trip. It was also amazingly generous when war broke out that we wanted to leave early and the management agreed to refund me. Many places would not of done that. Anna said that the other location is quieter. I also really appreciated how she helped me with a personal matter again showing how she goes above and beyond in every way…

Excellent accommodation, everything you could possibly need is provided. Rooms are exactly as the pictures and with visiting in January lovely warm rooms with fully controllable heating. First class service and they even allowed us to stay on in our rooms until late afternoon on our departure day.

We were in apartment 2 which is on the ground f!oor. For the 2 of us it was spacious and spotlessly clean. There was a lovely patio area accessible via the bedroom, but too cold to use in December. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the apartment which is very useful. The apartments are in the heart of the Jewish quarter with p!enty bars and restaurants to try. After staying at these apartments we will definitely use them again and cannot recommend them highly enough. Anna on reception is lovely and very helpful

Best accommodation ever! We arrived late Friday night and we’re met by Anna. The building is beautiful and in such a wonderful central location. Wonderful historic story about the building. Anna the manager was wonderful and couldn’t do enough to assist us and make our stay as comfort as possible. I personally can’t wait to return and will 100% be staying here when I return.

The apartments are based in the Jewish Quarter in a lovely old square. The apartments are clean and well presented and the manager Anna was extremely helpful before, during and after our trip. Would recommend these apartments without hesitation.

Really lovely apartment in the best area to stay in krakow. Lots of bars and restaurants in the area and only a 15 minute walk to the main square. We were able to check in early and check out late which was a nice bonus. The apartment was large and clean

We stayed in Crystal Suites Chez Helena for 4 nights. The accommodation was spotlessly clean and everything you could need for your stay was provided. We were made to feel very welcome on arrival and given useful information for our stay. The location is perfect in the old Jewish Quarter an easy walk to the Old Town and just across the river, another easy walk in the other direction, to Oscar Schindler's factory. You are also just around the corner from the Miodowa tram stop which makes it really easy to get around the area by tram if you wish. There is also a tram from this stop direct to the main station for airport transfers or trips further afield. A perfect stay and we would definitely return.

It was our third time in Krakow, this beautiful city in which we felt in love from the very beginning. We did not spent a time on searching for the place to stay: we wanted to come back to this calm, charming suites in Jewish neighborhood. Our flight was a night flight, so we reached the place early morning, Anna was already there to welcome us, we also where provided with our apartment much ahead of our check in time (thank you so much). Those suites have a fantastic location: you can reach shops, gallerias, plenty of all kinds of restaurants, even the old city by leg. We took the same spacious apartment (very clean, stylish and comfy) . In the evening we could enjoy klezmers music by just opening the window (the music stops at certain hour, so we could sleep with open windows-the neighborhood is quite at night which was important to us). We booked all our breakfasts at Kolanko 6 ( very recommend). As previously, we were so lucky that Anna was working there: she helped us with all our questions and requests . She was always there. Very professional, really cares for her guests. We couldn't manage without her help to take our PCR tests on time before our flight back. We would like to stay there again, we are already missing this place. …

Wow! What a place… before arriving we had the best welcome with precise information on location, parking. We were greeted by Anna with more information on restaurants, bars and things to see. The apartment was the best ever; spacious and cozy with all facilities and a cozy patio. The location is fantastic in the old Jewish neighbourhood. Anna is a host who really cares for her guests and always keen to help.
