Location: For the price, the location of this hotel can’t be beat. The hotel is literally a five minute walk to the old town square, just over ten minute walk to Wawel Castle and other tourist attractions, and minuets away from a number of restaurants.

Value: The price of the room came with a fantastic breakfast buffet. The buffet came with hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon along with cold items like cereal, fruit, and salad. The kitchen staff was nice enough to give me a to-go container one morning because our tour pick up was too early and we can’t eat breakfast at the hotel. Everyday, you get two small bottles of water with gas as a part of the room service.

Room and Hotel: You can tell the hotel and rooms are newly renovated. The rooms look new and modern. The bed and pillows are comfortable and the furniture uses all the spaces efficiently. My favorite spot is the alcove with the lounge chair, it was super cozy and relaxing.

Overall: Fantastically good hotel. You really can’t beat the location and value. The only reason they got a star knocked off is the size of the bed. Two adults on a full size bed gets a bit tight at night, especially when you start tossing and turning. 😅

We stayed in this hotel as part of a Newmarket tour. It is situated about 5-10 minutes from the square but in a quiet location.
Our room was a double but it was quite small and the bed was small. The bathroom was integrated in the room with glass doors which I did not like. After a night I asked if we could change rooms and I was able to look at and change to a better room for no additional cost.
Breakfast was a buffet mainly Polish type foods such as salami, cheese with some hot options.
I would recommend for the price in a good location but check which room you are in.

4 female relatives visited for a long weekend - age between 21 and (young!!) 64, 2x twin rooms

Rooms are airy, well decorated, modern lovely and clean. 5th floor with views of the square in the distance
USB points next to beds on both sides which is ideal 👏🏻
Mini bar with pack of crisps, can of Pepsi, wine and small vodkas etc with a clear price list provided.
Kettle and coffee / tea provided daily with powder creamer (milk available in local shops)
Water provided in room was sparkling but I like it so it was fine, we bought still water locally from the many zabka shops or carrefour

Smart TV so we can stream Netflix etc. onto the main screen, which is adjustable to angle to the beds so great for a chill out evening after doing 20k steps

Bright shower room, hot powerful shower. Gel provided and smelled great! Hairdryer was in bathroom but again powerful compared to other ones I've used. Very happy.

Lots of storage in wardrobe more than adequate for 2 people for a long weekend

Great location for walking to square on foot - the White Bear coffee house on the corner when you go left is beautiful! Decor and coffee is fab, the baklava is delicious so recommend visiting, we got discount vouchers after our first visit

This hotel was a perfect choice. Less than 10 mins walk to the City Centre and the famous Rynek in Krakow. Quiet location, close to shops, restaurants, and a park. We discovered 2 fantastic places on the way to the centre where you can have a delicious breakfast and lunch at a great price. (Charlotte and Fitagain).
We had a deluxe room, with a double bed and a single bed for our little girl. Very comfy, spotlessly clean and quite specious room with modern decor. No bath, but a specious shower. The room had a mini fridge stock up as well and a big TV. Air conditioning in good working order! We were on the 5th floor at the back of the hotel. Not a great view from the room, just some roof tops. But we didn’t spend much time in the room and didn’t really come here for the views.
Staff very friendly, and helpful, especially the lovely young lady - always smiling.
We never dined in the restaurant as we wanted to visit local restaurants and bar….
Our room was literally next to the lift. It did not bother us at all to be honest, it was pretty quiet. Ot maybe we were just to tired and fast asleep. There was a group of lads on our floor, they made a bit of noise, not considering other hotel guests. Apart from that it was very quiet.

The room did not have iron, ironing board. We thought there wasn’t many sockets in the room, considering each of us had a few gadgets that needed charging At night. We had to ‘fight’ over who is charging what….

We spent three nights here. The hotel is modern and well decorated and less than ten minutes walk to to old town. The rooms were clean and well presented. Two bottles of water were provided each day with shower gels and a hairdryer in the bathroom. There are small supermarkets just around the corner.

The reception staff weren't the friendliest and although we're far from fussy eaters the breakfast wasn't to our taste. We're used to continental breakfasts but lasagna and sausage casserole isn't for us at breakfast. The sausage was cheap like hot dogs from a tin. The toaster also took an age. We managed to fill ourselves up on scrambled eggs, cheese and ham as well as yogurts and fruit.

The hotel is in a great location for visiting local attractions or for catching the tram. Room was light and airy with safe, mini-bar (which we used as a fridge), USB points and kettle with tea and coffee provided. Hairdryer (in the bathroom). Excellent shower. Everywhere was clean, there was plenty of choice at breakfast and the reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful.

This hotel was fantastic.

Myself and a friend travelled to Krakow at the end of March 2023.

We had a 4 night stay at Hotel Logos.

We were on the 5th floor and put in a family room instead of a twin room. So we had one double bed and one single bed which were distanced apart nicely slowing us to have our own space.

The room was very clean and had a safe, fridge, kettle. We also had a large shower room too.

We chose to have breakfast at the hotel on 2 mornings at a cost of 50zl per day. The continental style buffet breakfast had a great selection of hot/ cold foods including meats, cheese, salads, fruits, breads, pastries, cereals, yoghurts and juices. Totally worth it!

I’d also like to add that the Reception staff were also extremely polite, helpful and could not do enough to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

We booked an excursion through the hotel which was quick and easy.

I’d definitely recommend Hotel Logo to anyone wishing to visit Krakow. I’d also stay again myself if I ever come back to this beautiful city!

We booked this hotel for our 4 night break in Krakow whilst we visited the Christmas Markets. The location of the hotel is perfect, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to Krakow Old Town from the hotel. There are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby and we recommend Pizzatopia, Mr pancake and La Grande Mamma. The hotel itself was fabulous and the staff were all very friendly and spoke great English. We had booked a superior double room which was big enough for the both of us and contained all the amenities needed for example TV, mini bar, kettle, coffee. The bed was also very comfy. We had a view of the courtyard which was lovely especially as it had snowed during our time here. We also had breakfast included which we did try a couple of times, the breakfast is ok for the price however there is not much choice and some of the hot options were not always to our taste but the selection of bread and pastries were great for us also the coffee machine was a great bonus. We will definitely be visiting again for the Christmas markets in 2024 and will be stopping here again.

We stayed at the Hotel Logos in the old town of Krakow for our four day trip in October. We were welcomed by Beata on arrival who gave us a very pleasant and informative welcoming. The hotel is well positioned within Krakow with a ten minute stroll up to the main square in town. The hotel is very clean and the staff were very polite indeed. Our room had all the items required if needed, ie hairdryer, iron, tea and coffee making facilities and even a small sewing kit. The bed was very comfortable and noise levels were low, considering we overlooked the street outside. We had a late check out when we left and our bags were stored for us so we could spend the day sightseeing without worry. Beata was on reception again when we left and made our departure hassle free, if somewhat sad at leaving. Krakow is a fantastic place to visit and staying at the Logos certainly helped us enjoy our trip. Would I stay there again? Most definitely yes. Thank you.

We used Krakow Auschwitz - Tours which I reviewed at the time (Oct 2015) I would recommend them. We found them very reliable with clean comfortable minibuses good value for four people we booked on their website before we went. Also used them for our airport shuttle. Although I think the Logos Hotel can arrange airport transfers if you need them.
